It’s probably the best shop on the Wharf, but it isn’t that great. Just your average knick knock tourist souvenir shop. They could do well paring down all the mass made in China stuff and have for more unique and special items.

Cute little tourist shop. Nothing really spectacular about it. I got a postcard of a cute otter holding onto a kelp for 25 cents. The store was well lit and clean. The salesperson behind the counter was really nice to the tourists. I saw her interact with European tourists who could barely speak English and were short a couple of pennies for their purchase, she just told them it was«OK». I wished she had done the same for me!

This is definitely the best gift shop on the wharf. Souvenirs are usually a little pricey and that can be said here also but still the best choice on the Wharf.

I really like this store. It’s a must if you’re on the wharf. They have a cool selection of jewelry at moderate prices — especially touristy shops. It’s a fun place for kids to look around too. There’s a little something for everyone here. The employees are friendly and helpful too.

This shop was just OK for me. It was awesome, but it wasn’t bad either. It sort of fell in the middle. My boyfriend and I perused the store looking for a magnet to put on our fridge. Nothing really caught our eye despite the huge selection. Selection in general is pretty big and the store is a nice size as well. The staff seemed friendly through we didn’t really interact with them. It is worth checking out if you are in the area.

I will give this place 3 stars based on their Jewelry section. My mom loves little trinkets and this place has a lot of them. They are pretty helpful with you as well. Business is pretty tough on the pier with everybody selling a lot of the same items and so close together, so the littlest things must set them apart from everybody else. That’s my thoughts at least. Anyway, the service at the Jewelry section was good. Everybody else was just okay. Nothing to write too much about, not on Unilocal at least. Cookie cutter store.

SO many trinkets! So many things with«MONTEREY» on them! Some of the stuff is really reasonably priced. You can get a ton of gifts for pretty cheap — if you know what to grab and what to set back down. For the most part, anything with Monterey — you’re good to go. If it’s a bag you could buy from anywhere and it really just looks cute — it’s going to cost you $ 29. YOWZA! My question is: if that Monterey flip flop magnet with the sand in it is really Monterey sand — why is it made in China?! :)

Tourist Trinkets Galore! Gifts!!! Very reasonable trinkets and do not forget to buy yourself a fleece Logo coat. It really does get foggy & chilly in Monterey, sometimes! Think Layers! =D
