No one was unfriendly or anything, and I did get asked if I was finding everything ok. My only complaint, however. I don’t think I or anyone should ever have to stand in line for 10 minutes when there are plenty of employees who can ring me up. There was one customer that was taking too long at the register and I was the only person in line. After waiting for 10 minutes in line I left what I was going to buy and walked out. I won’t be returning to this particular VS store.

I have been shopping at this location for around seven years now and I have always been warmly greeted and made comfortable. After having problems with my bras lately, I decided to get properly sized and what I thought would be an extremely awkward situation was the exact opposite. Cody was extremely friendly and very kind. When I couldn’t find a pattern that I like she, without hesitation, went to the back of the store to try to find the pattern I was looking for. Everyone at this store is just absolutely wonderful.

I don’t ever really write reviews on department stores that I go to all the time, and I’ve been here to this Victoria Secret before and today this lady helped me, I don’t remember her name but he was amazing and super helpful. She helped me find sets in all different types of bra styles it was an amazing customer service experience!

I went in to purchase my favorite items and even found a gift pack I on sale. It was a little busy but there was several ladies working and they impressed me with their kind compliment for our patience. It is always nice to be acknowledged. They were all very friendly and seemed to have great team work. They offered a credit application where I could save $ 20 off my first purchase. I was very excited to practically pay nothing for the items I needed. It was a very clean store as well. I will return for future purchases!

Amazing customer service!!! This is my very first time going to Victoria Secret ever, I know what’s wrong with me right?! I walked around the store and looked for a while then a sweet girl named Rose helped me out with a fitting! She was extremely helpful even told me I might be wearing the wrong size! After a couple fittings I couldn’t believe how amazing my boobs looked! I ended up buying two bras and matching panties. I’m definitely coming back! She made an amazing first experience for me at Victoria Secret!

Love their great panty sales of 7 for $ 26! Great quality items and excellent customer service. Very exciting to see that they now carry the swim suits in store so you can get the perfect size and check out the styles in person vs only in catalog!

Victoria’s Secret may be expensive, but their clothes run bigger than at other stores. I roughly fit into a medium here while at other stores I’d fit into a large or extra large. The store itself is nicely organized and fun to look around. The clothes themselves are comfy (I love their PINK line!) and totally worth the money they cost.
The store is a bit of a maze and the dressing rooms are hard to find, but they’re nice and have those service buttons that seem to be popping up everywhere.
