Very disappointing and not worth the price! They charge $34 a pound for chocolate. I was told that the sea foam candy would last a week and it was so hard after a few days that I couldn't even bite into it. The dark chocolate coating on the sea foam candy was rather waxy tasting - See's beats this place hands down! The salted caramel squares were good along with the pecan turtles. Service leaves something to be desired as they crammed a pound of chocolates into two tiny paper bags. I asked for them to be put into a larger bag and they wanted to charge me for the bag! I told them that after spending over $44 that they should give me the bag. The associate had to ask his manager if he could. My request was granted grudgingly. Very shabby on their part and poor customer service along with some mediocre chocolate.

Great location but pricey. Their sour candy selection had some candy that was obviously old– example the sour blue cola bottles. They had a good selection of caramel apples and their chocolate gummy bears were good. We had just eaten at a restaurant next door and the restaurant told us to bring our receipt for a 10% discount. 1 small bag of gummy candy worms and cherries(literally 10 pieces or so of gummies) 1 piece milk chocolate english toffee 5 scoops of chocolate gummy bears 1 piece milk chocolate rocky road 1 blue cotton candy 1 toffee caramel apple $ 42.00! i have no idea if the 10% was applied even though I told the guy at the register because it seemed he didnt understand since English is his second language. I was not about to fight for a mere 10%.

Good selection of various sweets here! Gummies, salt water taffy, caramel apples, truffles, various chocolate covered concoctions, and caramel popcorn! Bought a mix of gummies and they were all very fresh and chewy. My favorites were the mini gummy bears and gummy strawberries. Also snagged a bag of mixed salt water taffies that were good too. I was tempted to buy a caramel apple, but resisted. IMO the best in the area after wandering around the other candy shops near by. They have a tray of caramel popcorn that you can sample. Would definitely come back again if I’m ever in the area again for vacation!

Third visit here for the truffles and might be my last. A few flavors were stale as the chocolate covering just cracked apart and didn’t taste fresh. I paid $ 24+ for 8 of them. Make sure to ask when the truffles were made. You don’t want to buy old stale chocolates. Cinnamon apples are $ 3.00 they are tasty… but could use a second coating of candy covering as it is very thin. Great selection! Make sure to ask for prices then you can go next door to price compare. A peanut butter cup(stale and cracked apart when sliced) was $ 6.00 and a piece of fudge(stale tasting) is $ 5.00. I didn’t ask for prices, i just paid then looked over my receipt on the way home. SEEPHOTO: What are white hard pieces in my peanut butter cup? Pricey, but then all us tourist are trapped in paying when sweet tooth kicks in!

Cute LittLe candy shop with the most amazing aroma of chocoLate and sweets to entice you into coming in. Wharf Chocolate Factory isn’t very spacious and if you are a person who gets cLaustrophobic, this shop isn’t for you. This isn’t one of the best candy stores i’ve been to, nor is it the worst. Pros: Decent seLection of sweets to satisfy each and every person. Huge«chocoLate covered» options. FriendLy staff. Cons: Prices are not dispLayed and they definiteLy need some heLp in the penmanship department. Candy containers are not refiLLed Some of the candy Looked a bit oLd.

This place is awesome to fulfill that after dinner sweet tooth after dining on the pier. It was pretty packed when I went and this store is rather small. The prices were not displayed, so it gets pricey pretty quick without you even knowing. We got a chocolate dipped rice krispy, giant peanut butter cup, and my favorite, the milk chocolate rocky road. The rocky road was just a bunch of small marshmallows stuck together and dipped in chocolate and some nuts. Really simple, but really good! If we’re strolling along the pier, my girlfriend and I will definitely stop by.

Rip off! 3 pieces for 10 buck. Save your money. Sucker born every day. So many other places to go for cheaper.

Meh … Chocolate tastes kinda stale. Employees were not very friendly. I didn’t try the other place down the street but maybe it’s better…

I actually went for two rounds of candied apples because they were just that good. I got the white Chocolate with crumble and the Oreo. The apples were fresh, crisp, and perfectly tart. The combination of the tart Apple with the candied outside is just superb! Also, the staff was very friendly, inviting, attentive and helpful. They spent the time to greet me and have a mini conversation about how my night was going. They even remembered me when I went back for my 2nd apple. Overall, above average customer service.

The candy popcorn seemed fresh and that’s why I entered. I didn’t buy it however in the end and I went for a caramel apple dipped in nuts. The caramel sauce was awesome. And that deserves a good 4 stars! BUT! I wanted to try their chocolate items: such as rice crispies treats, dipped Oreos, caramel squares, so I asked if they were fresh from today, and the lady said yes. So I bought them, but unfortunately they were pretty stale. Really disappointed considering it seemed like a popular chocolate shop.

Mmmm, a candy apple from this place always sounds good when I’m near the wharf. There’s plenty of different kinds so take your time, think about what you want in life, and pick that one(or 5) that’s made for you. I got the caramel with crushed almond and it did not disappoint. Their caramel is really soft but not sticky, and the perfect amount of sweetness for their apple. Next up… oreo =D.

They don’t post their prices for their fudge and chocolate items behind the glass cases. When I went to pay, they overcharged my credit card($ 28 for 4 items). Upon asking for an itemized receipt, they had overcharged me $ 7. The manager didn’t apologize, she questioned me like I was trying to scam them. She was rude but I got my refund. I will never return here and recommend others steer clear.
