Hopelessly slow. I sure hope my food is good but I may never know. My husband ordered ahead. I took murine getting here to pick it up and there’s no pizza in sight after 20 minutes waiting. My husband called it in at least 15 minutes before I got here. Ledo’s hire more staff!!!

After having tried Ledo’s pizza for the first time at a Unilocal event a few months ago, I figured I’d drop by one of these days to check them out again. And I’m so glad I did! I ordered a large pie(is it still a pie if it’s a rectangle?) topped with mushroom and pepperoni and was told that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. It seemed like most other people had called in their order in advance and were picking up their orders. Note taken! After paying, I killed time in the area and checked back in a little early. Their estimate was accurate and it was ready and waiting at the original time quoted, no earlier, no later! Once I got home about 10 – 15 minutes later, the pizza was still nice and hot. This is a pretty unique pizza(besides it being in the shape of a parallelogram). It bears a slightly sweet tomato sauce with a strong Italian spice blend flavor. And the pepperoni is pretty good! It’s not very oily, which is a good thing since it’s sliced into little squares. If it were an oilier pepperoni, your fingers would be covered in grease. The crust isn’t as thin as New York-style pizza, but it’s a far far cry from being a Chicago-style deep dish. The slightly thicker crust lends itself to some nice crispness, which I really enjoyed. This also made it perfect for reheating in my toaster oven. The cheese isn’t overly gooey or stringy, nor is it a big chunk that hardly has any elasticity to it. It sits right in that sweet spot of being just the right type of cheese for this type of pizza. I think it was a pretty good deal(paid $ 19.39), especially since my husband and I were able to eat it well into the following day.(Love pizza for breakfast!) I also signed up at the restaurant to receive their emails, which earned me a free small cheese pizza. Can’t wait to get that email! I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant itself and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Although, I’ll be sure to phone my order in from now on!

Great pizza place! Definitely a choice place to go to when you are craving dine in pizza. I mostly stick with the calzones and Stromboli which are some of the best I ever had. Our waitress was extremely courteous and did a great job. Good for when you are on a budget and want to go out for dinner.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. We waited 15 minutes to even place an order, and after waiting 15 for a waiter to even approach us or ask what to order we left. Don’t dine in here unless you have 2 hours to order on your hands.

Always superb Italian food. It feels like a local mom and pop, not a small chain. I get the vegan pizzas. So sad they don’t have avocados on them anymore :-(their sauce is to die for. Square pizzas means more pizza for the $$. Lasagna there is a must-try also — very good. This last time I got a cheese pizza and added banana peppers, pepperoni and baby arugula. Yum. The waitress there remembers me and my kids every time I go in!

The food is very good and better than the other Ledo’s in the area. What makes this Ledo’s so unique is their staff and management. That are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience!

This place could use a lot of improvement on their customer service side. We ordered over the phone, and repeated the order twice. Once I got there, they showed me the pizza and of course it was mixed up. They offered to replace it but at that point I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes for a new pizza. We also ordered a side salad and bread sticks. When the server tried to hand me the pizza without them, I reminded her I still wanted to rest of the order. She then said the bread sticks would be coming out shortly. So I waited another 5 minutes, and watched as a customer who had been waiting there forty minutes was rudely treated and told his pizza had already come out. Hint– if it came out, why was he still sitting there? So then they ask me what I’m waiting on– I remind them– the bread sticks and salad. Oh– turns out the bread sticks had been sitting on the counter for the last fifteen minutes! Then I had to remind the server yet again we had also ordered a salad, which she finally remembered to take out of the fridge. So to summarize– wrong pizza, cold bread sticks, rude server and a customer who won’t be coming back.

Very good pizza, always cooked to perfection. The salads are a good portion, and the appetizers are amazing! My favorite is the bacon cheese fries. Delicious! This is a seat yourself location, usually not to busy inside.

Ok, I’ll make this short and sweet. Came here recently with my brother. Our waitress was very pleasant. We ordered baked bacon cheese fries. BANGING. We ordered a pizza with precooked bacon, plus black olives on my half. It arrived with plenty of bacon on top, but the waitress asked, «if that’s not enough, I can bring out some more on the side!» I think that’s the first time I’ve ever declined to have bacon. I mean we must have eaten a half a pound each. In short. If you like pizza, Ledo is legit. If you love bacon, I mean… what are you waiting for?

Friendly staff, great food, fast service. Hits the 5star qualities. I’d suggest the chicken tenders, simple but taste better than others and also the Italian salad, never disappoints.

It’s just as I always remembered… Amazing pizza, great service, feel-good ambience and a great time! Ordered two 8″ pizza one with just cheese and the other with half-jalapeño and half-onions. Also got the spinach-artichoke dip with crostinis. If u like thin pizza cut up in squares with a lightly sweet sauce, then you are in for a real treat at Ledo. The pizza is what I absolutely enjoy here and definitely worth the trip. I am not a big fan of spinach-artichoke dip but it was small enough that it didn’t feel too overwhelming. Just one regret– wish they would expand westward to Arizona!!!

LOVELOVELOVE the GLUTENFREE pizza. One of the best around. A little small,(only comes in a small) i wish they would do a large version but it is soo good. I have eaten here multiple times, and will continue to. I have cheated for the regular pizza and it is nowhere near as yummy as the gluten free one. My roommate now eats the GF version when she orders. I hope they come out with more GF options like mozzerella sticks, cheese bread sticks, or something because they hit the nail on the head with this one. MMMMMM One downside is that while the eclub lets you sign up and get a small pizza for free(it doesnt discriminate on the letter), they still charge you for the gluten free option about 3.00. Not too bad, sign up and get it reduced price and try it! You will continue to come back.

Great tasting pizza, thin flakey crust with slightly sweet sauce. I really liked the thick cut pepperoni. The first time we ordered wings there was a great amount of hot sauce. The next night there was less sauce and the wings were a little dry. Garlic bread did not have much garlic taste.
The only main negative thing I can say is we ordered pizza 3 nights in a row and every pizza we got was cut on the top but not all the way through so we had to tear it apart. Even worse was the calzone that was not cut whatsoever so it was very difficult to eat being that we were in a hotel room with no silverware. I can forgive this and I give this restaurant 5 stars because of the awesome pizza.

My wife is probably going to kill me for only giving Ledo’s 3 stars. She’s from the DC area and grew up with Ledo’s and has been regaling me with stories of their awesomeness for years now. So, at her insistence, I decided to try them for myself since I’m living up here now. This particular location is in a strip mall. Setup wise, it reminds me of a lot of the pizzerias I grew up with in New York. The front area is for take out and there is a sit-down restaurant area to the side and back. For better or worse, that’s where the similarities to NY pizzerias end. I walked in behind another customer who immediately went to the counter to pick up his order. Since I wanted to dine in, I waited next to the dining room. There was no sign saying«please seat yourself» or «please wait to be seated», so I decided I’d wait for someone to indicate either way. Well, I waited. And waited. And waited some more. The employee behind the counter saw me, but didn’t actually say anything to me since he was busy chatting with his friend who had come in. The slightly overworked waitress walked right by me about half a dozen times also completely ignoring me. Finally, after about 5 minutes, the employee behind the desk tore himself away from his gripping conversation with his friend and told me that I could just seat myself wherever. From here, service was acceptable enough, though not particularly warm. Having been warned that their personal and small pizzas tend to burn or become too crispy, I decided to order a large pie and take home whatever I didn’t eat for dinner then. Ledo’s pizza is somewhere between a New York style and a St Louis style. It’s cut like St Louis, but the crust thickness is between the two styles. I actually like St Louis style, but of course, prefer New York style. As one can expect, it didn’t really live up to the hype for me. It wasn’t a bad pizza, but I found the sauce to be a little bland and the weird hybrid-thickness pizza just didn’t thrill me. It didn’t have enough chew for my New York preference and it wasn’t crispy enough for my St Louis preference. Next time, I’d try some of the entrees or subs instead.
