If I could give this McDonald’s a negative review I would. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for years and today out of all days I had to come inside because the drive thru couldn’t get my order right. Not only did I not get meals with my order but I also asked for pies 2/$ 1.39. I looked at my receipt and noticed it wrong and asked them to fix it but they couldn’t because I had to come inside. What’s the point of drive thru??? I come inside and asked for a manager and this nasty rude so called«manager» asked what I wanted? I let her know the mix up and then she said what did I want her to do about it? Really? All I wanted was for them to correct my order and let me be about my way but noo. She let the cashier who was very courteous and nice btw, to charge me for«one fry» and then left where she was no where to be found and left the cashier so lost and confused. I end up paying for everything individually and just disgusted by this rude individual. Not even the minimal of customer service coming from a manager.

Stopped in here late one night and hit the Drive Thru for a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese! Was tasty but not as hot and fresh as it should’ve been!

Ordered an egg mcmuffin and an ice coffee. Although they have cheap prices, the food is mediocre and sometimes a little bit greasy, but the coffee is really good.

this mc donalds is one of the worst. …mcd’s in the area… the store is clean i will give them that but the employee’s are getto and tacky… one employee likes to yell across the resturant and be rude. the gm dont care about his customers he cares more for his employee’s. thats why they so getto and hood and they act like they dont have proper customer service skills, they dont offer any up grades, .and it takes for ever to get your food… and the quality is horrible, dont get the ice tea, at night because they dont properly change it. fries are cold and its not worth the trip… i promise go to the mc d’s on 355 by the mall. dont waste ur time

I give this McDonalds 5 stars for their Premium Chicken Wraps — they don’t skimp on filling up the wrap. I always use the Drive-Thru; they are helpful, friendly, and fast! What more could you ask for?.

I come here once in a while. I try to avoid it, though cuz the peeps inside are so ghetto. And as a previous poster noted, they will axe you for change. I got my food, and a delivery man yelled at one of the cashiers«It’s a 2010 Toyota Corolla.» That’s what I drive. I asked what the problem was. He said he had a delivery to make(to this restaurant) and asked nicely if I could move my car. Really? Is this normal to ask diners to move their vehicles(which was parked in a McDonalds space) while their trying to enjoy their meal? It was such a minor inconvenience, but I thought it was weird.

I had to try their pumpkin spice latte! It was ok, honestly Starbucks is better. I’d rather go to Dunkin Donuts. I also had the chicken nuggets that are always good to me. I know I shouldn’t have them, but whatever. I also had the fries, which I usually like but these tasted like they were made WAY earlier in the day. The drive through entrance for this place makes no sense. It has an odd entrance in the back. There is always a long line. I will probably go to another location next time.

Drive-thru is great. Friendly people and fast service. Every now and then they might miss something off your order though. If you can. Steer clear of going inside! It’s a hang out spot for all the local«thugs» and high school kids. Someone’s bound to ask you for some change. Definitely my go to Micky d’s. I just never go inside anymore.

Drivethrough people are very friendly — though sometimes VERY slow In terms of food, however over the past few weeks their EGGS have been HORRIBLE! I try to stop and grab eggs there if I forget to make breakfast, and they look like they have been made the day before and left to harden overnight. Steer clear of the eggs — they will disappoint 80% of the time. They also lack attention to detail — you may get many napkins and condiments, or none — and its as though they KNOW they aren’t handing you the right thing. The one over on Goshen is faster — and typically food seems fresher.

Yes, I get it. It’s a McD’s. But this is a very schizophrenic McD’s. Although I try not to eat McD’s too much, on occasion, I’m just too lazy to cook, so I’ll go through the drive through — which is super efficient, fast, and runs like the well greased machine it is. But, if one should decide to go INTO this McD’s, you’re going to get the world’s slowest cashier… who will not understand your order… and will take 3000000 hours to pull it together. It’s not just once… but EVERY time. Drivethrough — miracle of speed and science. Dinein — medievel house of fatty torture. So of course, I now try to always dine-in. I’m usually so frustrated by the end of getting my fatty food that I can’t finish it and have to throw it away… which will also be the basis of my new diet plan empire. Getting so pissed off that you can’t eat fatty/bad foods. Probably not good for your blood pressure, but at least you know the heart is still working.
