Our daughters wedding was perfect from start to finish. We had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and beautiful reception in the chic hill country like ballroom. The staff was so helpful and made the entire experience very smooth and stress free. If you want to save money and book a Friday night, don’t worry, people attend a wedding no matter what night. We used an outside caterer and brought in our own alcohol which saved us quoite a bit of money.

Attended a wedding here for a former student. It was a drive from the house, but the place was beautiful. The rustic look of the place went great with the cowboy wedding we attended. The hall we had the reception in was large and spacious. Very nice location for a wedding or party.

My husband and I absolutely loved Amber Springs in Pine Hall. What all the other brides are saying is so true. When you step onto the Pine Hall property, it’s like you’re walking into another world, far removed from the hustle and bustle of Houston. The venue grounds are gorgeous and so well kept. This is NOT a full service venue, meaning they do not provide catering, alcohol, linens, décor etc. They provide the space, tables and chairs(both indoor & outdoor). I enjoyed having the flexibility to bring in vendors we wanted to use, but having to do it all yourself may be a hassle to some brides(Not for ME). The only thing that really bothered me was the people coming in and out touring the venue while I was trying to prepare for my wedding. It wasn’t bad until someone came in to the bridal suite while I was getting ready to ask me for information about the venue(Liked I worked there) All our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is. Thanks again to Linda Brown. Linda was very wonderful and always very responsive to our questions and concerns.

Some friends of mine got married here not all that long ago. The facilities were nice. It is a very rustic place suited more fore the country life than the big city galas. Management was friendly and helpful. The food was so-so but definitely eatable.

I was a participant at a wedding at Amber Springs. The facility is nice. However, for $ 5,000 you would think the facility would be responsible for set up and take down of the tables and chairs. They were not. The lady in charge told the remaining guests, mostly family who had been working the last few days bringing off the wedding, to stay and in their finery, take the tables and chairs down. Unacceptable.

I’m basing this review as a participant and guest of my friend’s wedding reception. This venue is a very nice and well maintained site for receptions, dinners, etc. It’s a bit of a drive away from Houston, but it would be one of my picks for a wedding reception if I were to have one.
