The cuppycakes were good. The red velvets were not truely red velvets though. They were the chocolate cake recipe w/red food coloring. Also, the ratio of cupcake to icing was like whoa. A LOT of icing. Suppose that’s better than not enough!

Cute shop and cute packaging but cupcakes are little on dry side with TONS of extra sweet icing…

Just dropped by at 7:30 pm… for a sweet fix… Awesome… The«wedding cake cupcake» …is fabulous :) Cake was moist and icing was so tasty. I love lots of icing ! $ 3.25 was a fair price for a great dessert. The friendly employee told me they have a selection of $ 2.00 cupcakes on Mondays and Tuesdays…

These cupcakes are outstanding. $ 3 and change is more than fair when you consider a crummy piece of cake made and frozen and shipped across the U.S. In an Applebee’s will run you almost $ 5 and taste maybe half as good. Look into their loyalty rewards program as well. Bottom line… best cupcakes in Montgomery. Hands down. Salted Caramel and Apple Spice are two of my favorites.

Made it to Gigis as a last minute anniversary dessert and was super impressed that the bakery was open at 8PM. I had the red velvet cupcake which was very heavy on the icing and still soft and fresh(again, it was 8PM). Staff was friendly and they boxed up my cupcake in a very cute package to go. Don’t recommend finishing the whole cupcake in one sitting though because gluttony will get its revenge with an upset tummy.

overpriced, dry cupcakes with a pound of icing, i bought 12 cupcakes, i had my nieces and nephews pick out 3 each, the lady at the counter informed me that it was $ 2.25 a cupcake,(which the sign read as well) then after the kiddos picked out a dozen my total came up to about $ 38, i asked why so much, she stated that the children picked out a few«specialty cupcakes» and the«specialty cupcakes cost more… well why didn’t she say that in the first place? i payed for them considering the kids had already picked them out all overly excited and what not, after tasting one myself they were dry, didn’t taste very well and def. isn’t worth the price, ill just stick to my publix supermarket next time

Really good cupcakes. Very beautiful presentation. Great selection even late on a Friday. They are overloaded with frosting but that is a bonus for me. I really liked the wedding cake!

Hands-down the best cupcake place in Montgomery! Yeah, the cupcakes may be pricey, but they are fabulously decadent and crazy unique! Try my favs… the Dulce de Leche or Texas Milk Chocolate!

Over $ 7 for 2 cupcakes should be a crime on principle alone. That withstanding, I was underwhelmed by the quality of their confections. I’ll keep it simple since many other reviews on GiGi’s echo the same sentiments over and over. Overpriced. Too much icing. Dry cake. Did I mention overpriced? Meh.
