IHOP

I have been to this IHOP on 3 different occasions. The first time I went service was poor but tolerable. The second time I went three waitresses spent more time having a conversation and joking around then serving the customers. The third and final time I went I waited 5 minutes to get seated then only got seated when I walked up from the front area to the back. I ordered coffee and after 10 minutes got up and walked out without any coffee. When I’m in the area I would eat anywhere but this location. I normally seek out IHOP and usually have a good experience.

It’s truly disheartening to give any IHOP a bad review but this place is deserving!!! When my daughter and I walked in there was only 2 booths filled, maybe 6 people, we were greeted and seated right away which was a good thing. I’m a frequent IHOP visitor so I knew exactly what I wanted to order as well as my daughter. The waitress didn’t seem very knowledgeable on the questions to ask when an order is place but I can only assume she was new. From the time we order till we got our food was about 40 minutes and during this time only a few other customers walked in so the place was not very busy. I forgot to mention there was only two people hosting which can be understanding buy as people came in, a cook had to come out to help host. Overall the food was decent despite the time to wait. While waiting my daughter had to use the bathroom and I have never seen a bathroom so nasty and horrible conditions! The doors wouldn’t even lock on the doors!!! I can say while the employees tried, my overall experience was horrible and I will not be returning to that facility!!!

Horrible service. Seriously think that our waitress was on something. Never brought anything we asked for. Had to get our own drink refills, own condiments. Tables that were unoccupied had to be cleaned as people come in, because they were littered otherwise. Our check was never brought out as requested. Food was not the greatest. Sausage tasted like it had been deep fried two days prior. The coffee was COLD! Will not be back here.

I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. Yes we brought a large group but how is a large group different from a breakfast rush. We didn’t get our food… After asking 3 times I never got my toast to accompany my omelet. The wait staff came out yelling at us asking who had what because the person who took our order had lost the ticket. The manager spoke poorly and one of the wait staff informed us that the avocado was rotten! Out loud. Our water glasses were never refilled oh by the way… The restaurant besides us was EMPTY! I will be contacting corporate. The restrooms are nasty and I killed 3 flies on the glass pane by my house. Disgusted and still hungry.

This restaurant got 1.5 stars, and that is an over statement. Not that clean, 1.5 hours to get our food. Half came at 1+20 and the other half came at 1+30…and it wasn’t that busy. A lot of yelling from the kitchen, but no action. Probably our first and last visit.

Filthy restrooms. Wonder what the kitchen area looks like. Food was not the greatest either.

Expect the standard IHOP. My waiter was really nice and prompt with service and the food came out pretty quick.
Regrettably, they had roaches. I saw two at my table during my meal. One on the syrup and the other on the wall behind the booth. I don’t care how awesome everything else is, that is a wrap for me. They won’t be seeing me again.

I received great service and great food from this IHOP location. If you don’t like IHOP then find something else. The staff at this location was very friendly and efficient for me (evening on a weekday), and the food was as good as any IHOP gets.

While the food is on par with any other IHOP around, the service is where this one falls short. The waitress didn’t want to be bothered to check up and see how everything was, bring more coffee or the even silverware until I asked. As someone else mentioned, there is a guy in the back yelling nonstop. Where that is appropriate in a restaurant, I don’t know. I’ll try somewhere else before coming back.

This place is terrible! I wish I was given the option of zero stars. We have given them two tries. Terrible service! Some guy was in the back screaming the whole time we were there. The line to check out was a mile long. The girl checking us out would disappear to go get syrup for the Togo customers instead of being the cashier she was hired to be. Never again!

Horrible. We should have eaten else where. We normally enjoy eating at iHop, but not this one. First, the restaurant was out of ALL soups and then we were told they were also out of jr. cheeseburgers. To top it all off, the restrooms were not clean. We won’t be back!

Worst service ever. Our food came out with the wrong type of sausage and the waitress started yelling in the back that we ordered the wrong thing about 5 times. We could her her from our table 15 ft away. Took forever to get our food and it wasn’t busy at all.

My new wife and I ate here the morning after our wedding. We were driving to Panama City Beach and stayed over night in Montgomery. We usually always go to IHOP when we are on a road trip. This has got to be the worst experience we have ever had. The table we were seated at was dirty and sticky. We had to ask that the table be cleaned off. The woman did 2 swirls and walked away. The seat in the both had sugar or salt in and ask that it be whipped off to only to be responded to with a heavy sigh and an aggressive whip down of the booth. Once I was finally able to sit down the seat had a broken spring or something and felt like I was sitting below the table and had to move to the far edge to be comfortable. My wife ordered the $ 4.99 special of 2 pancake, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. I tired to order the special of stuffed french toast but was told they were out. The waitress, that acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there taking our order. said she would give me another minute to look at the menu. I decided to get the Belgium waffle only to be told the waffle machine was broken. I settled for the french toast combo. My wife’s hashbrowns came out almost burnt as was her pancakes. She was worried to send them back since we seemed to be getting on servers nerves. My french toast in the menu showed 3 pieces but I was only brought 2, my scrambled eggs were runny and not cooked right at all, and my hashbrowns were also way over cooked. I would not recommend having prisoners eat at this place.

I ate here this past Sunday. Most Ihops’ feel more or less like the way they should, I.e. breakfast, fast and fairly crowded. Well I expected the crowd which was normal for Sunday brunch for the after church crew. Out waiter was weird; not like bad service or anything just socially. Her service was fine and out food came out reasonably fast as well. Pretty much what I expected from this franchise.

I just ate at this IHOP and I am very disappointed. When I ordered my splashberry and chicken quesadilla the waitress came back and told me that they did not have the meat to make the quesadilla and that they did not have the juice to make the splashberry. I should have left then. But I stayed. When the food did arrive it left a lot to be desired. If you absolutely have to eat stop here, but if you can wait to find a better place please do yourself a favor and do so.

I can’t seem to order anything good in this place. I came in with my family on a Friday around brunch time. When we first sat down, we noticed that the benches in our booth weren’t clean, which wasn’t that horrible and easily fixable with some napkins. My family ordered the $ 4.99 special and I ordered a waffle and an iced coffee. They had several different flavors of iced coffee and I chose the white chocolate. When it came it was way too sweet, which was unusual for me. So I asked for a cup of milk which seemed to make no difference. I asked for my waffle to be well done, and when I got it, it was soggy. I absolutely HATE soggy/​mushy waffles. I like my waffles crisp and structured. I asked for another, and when I got it, it was still soft and shapeless. I also asked for another iced coffee (in vanilla) which also came back nasty. My family members ate their food but none of them left with a smile on their face… My cousin even stated that her food wasn’t hot. The second waffle I received was so bad I couldn’t even eat it, nor could I tolerate the awful flavor of the iced coffee. I don’t think I’d ever want to go to another IHOP again after this.

It’s IHop, what else is there to really say. Decent food, decent prices. Service was good as well.
