I’m giving this location three stars simply because the food has always been to my satisfaction, but the cold hard truth is that the service is seriously lacking. The staff seems friendly enough, but the wait is painfully slow. Also on more than one occasion I have been sat down at a table that wasn’t properly cleaned, which you could tell by the sticky and greasy mystery substances smeared all over it.

On every previous visit to Red Lobster, I had experienced similar things to the reviews, slow and uncaring service. We went last week and had a great server and great food… hoping things are changing! It was one of the most pleasant eating out experiences we have had recently. Pleasantly surprised!

My girlfriend and I went here in the hopes of a nice meal, with the knowledge that this is Red Lobster, not a premier area restaurant. However, we were disappointed from the moment we walked in. The host hardly acknowledged us, but we were seated promptly. Our waitress was very timely and nice, and when I asked about draft beer she went to the bartender, where she was told the choices and returned. I ordered a Bud Light draft, which she headed off to get, just to return and tell me they had no draft beer available. I ordered a bottle, and then we proceeded to order our meals. My girlfriend ordered coconut shrimp, which they were out of. She brought a menu back and offered suggestions. Then, she went to enter the order again, where she found they were out of broccoli(one of three vegetables available as a side), so I ordered the asparagus. After about two minutes she returned to the table to say, «I hate to even say it, but we are out of salad.» At this point I asked to speak to the manager, who was far from appreciative of our business. We decided to go somewhere else, so they did comp the biscuits and the sweet tea my girlfriend ordered, but I still had to pay for my beer, which I understand. I left the waitress a $ 5 tip, as it wasn’t her fault they were out of food. However, hearing from them, «It is because it is Sunday, we always run out of things on Sunday,» made me upset, as I manage a seven-day-a-week retail store where I have to order appropriately, no matter whether it is the weekend or not. This trip was a joke, as was the demeanor of the management, and we won’t be returning.

I don’t really know where to begin so let’s just go chronologically. We were seated promptly as the place was almost empty. I had high hopes as we were promptly given menus. Then we waited, and waited, and waited some more. Once the waitress finally came back, she took our drink orders, and we went ahead and ordered food as well. Then we waited, and waited, and waited some more. The wait was so long, I actually went to the bar to get my own drink. When the food finally came out, it was absolutely obvious that my pasta had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. The pasta was hard and dried to the plate and the seafood was like rubber. I won’t come back to this location again and I can’t recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I had our Valentine’s dinner here a day early. We could easily afford nicer more expensive place to eat but we had not been to Red Lobster in a long time. Other than my baked potato being very under cooked, the food was good. However the service was terrible. Our waiter was not very attentive. He gave the table next to us much better service. Our drinks were not refilled and he was very slow about bringing our meal out. I would give more stars if the service was better.

Things are looking better since the remodel, clean lines and a more open feeling after a lot of the interior walls were removed. A few new menu items, staff a lot more friendly. The food was good as always, we were impressed with the staffs attentiveness. I think they went through some training for the relaunch.

I’ve been here couple of times and I find it best to just sit on the bar(no wait lines). Plus, the service is not bad. I mainly come here for the biscuits and the catch of the day.

It’s a Red Lobster so most know what it’s all about. I want to comment on how well our waitress took care of us. She was great and ensured we enjoyed our meals. Cheesy Bread :)

This is an okay place for lunch, since they are pretty fast. The food is pretty generic for chain restaurants. Not great, but doable. I like their cheese biscuits but don’t have too much because they are probably super fatty.
