The past 4 out of 5 deliveries (not exaggerating), were incorrect. Either they forgot to bring something or the sandwich wasn’t made correctly. The other day I wanted lunch so I thought I’d stop in in person and give them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again my sandwich was made incorrectly and it was a simple as asking for extra cucumbers and not getting them. So that now makes five out of six times ordering from this location where something wasn’t done correctly. Management really needs to grab a hold of the quality control here because I’ve never seen that many mess ups that consistently with one restaurant.

They did not honor the $ 1 customer appreciation deal that was widely advertised. Shows me how they feel about their customers! I’ll take my business else where!

I would give this 5 stars if they wouldn’t have forgotten my chips twice on delivery and they are not freaky fast it has took almost a half hr to get my sandwich. I will of course still go there bc I like their sandwichs.

I love jimmy johns but this location has some improvement that needs done. Of the last 5 times I’ve ordered something was wrong. 1 time my pop was flat. 1 time a driver got stuck but I had to call to ask where my food was, they should’ve called me. 1 time I got someone else’s order. I live a couple blocks away from here but always 40mins to deliver. That’s not freaky fast. However, every time I called to inform of my wrong order they gave us a comp sandwich. They have always been nice and friendly. I’ve gone thru drive and not once did they mess up order. I’ll still go to this location. I just think they need improvement. Oh, on delivery orders they need to verify information, this location doesn’t do that. It would help with making sure all info is correct.

Ummm… it has a drivethru. Holla.

I got the vegetarian and it was the most pathetic sub I’ve ever seen… Barely any veggies– ONLY TWO TOMATOES! Basically I paid 6 bucks for bread. :(

Worst service ever! They were fast to deliver, but the person I talked to Louis screwed up the entire order. When I called back I talked to Louis again who i could hardly understand the first time and was even worse the second time. I ordered the gargantuan and i got a sandwich on two pieces of bread. What I think he told me is that my sandwich, that was half the size of the one I was supposed to get was right. Long story short they argued with me then asked if they could get their sandwiches back and send me new ones. I told them no and hung up. Of course I would not take the sandwiches from them after the argued with me so they could spit in them or do something worse. not a CHANCE! I then called back again and got Cynthia which could speak English. I demanded my money back and she asked for their sandwiches. BEWARE! I suggest if you want it right go in. This isn’t the first time they screwed up! AND NOT ONCE DID THEY SAY THEY WERE SORRY When I ask to talk to the Manager they said their was not one their! They said pretty much nobody was in charge at that point but if they had to say someone it would be Louis. I also asked for Cor prates # and they said I would have to call back tomorrow. I hope the owners read about what wonderful employees they have!

Over the summer we were painting a house down the street so we frequented this locatation every day for two weeks almost and it was good each time. The drive-​thru is key and the sandwiches were always filling and great tasting.

I don’t like JJ but this one has a drive thru which I find to be pretty convenient when I do stop here for a quick bite.
One time I did order for delivery and they messed up the order, but were freaky fast to fix the mistake, bring us a new sandwich, and even let us keep the first (incorrect) sandwich. although we really didn’t want it. Overall, everyone I’ve encountered from this store is pretty cool and accomodating.
