Smoke Plus

Went in and spent a bit of money on a few cigars around 10 $ each. Fast forward 2 nights open a Romeo and Juliet that was in its own container, IT IS covered in mold spots. call smoke plus they are completely unapologetic. I then come in 2 days later when it is convenient to have it replaced, we go through the case and every other cigar in the box is moldy!!! (they are individually in their own containers so this isn’t noticeable until you go to open them. I grab a cigar say im in a rush and need to go he then starts arguing as if im trying to pull one over on him. WTF as if I came in at night and watered all of cigars In his case. I tell the Dude to F off and leave. Fast Forward again — I go to open another cigar that was in my humidor (was in its own cellophane) I know I should have taken it out but it was only a week and shouldn’t have affected the integrity. so anyways I take it out of the cellophane and it just completely unravels… wtf how old is this thing was it hand rolled for king tut?
SOOOOOOOOOOO AVOID AT ALL COST. THE DUDE WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT ME GETTING A FREE CIGAR THAN PLEASING A CUSTOMER WHO HAS SPENT HUNDREDS ON CIGARS. THE OWNER IS COMPLETLY INCOMPETENT TO MANAGE A HUMIDOR AND FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE AVOID.
