I’m sure the service here is good in terms of quality of eye care but they are SLOWWWW. Getting an eye exam and glasses took me 2 ½ hours last Saturday. And I still had to come back a week later for my glasses. The price was more than I expected — WAY more — but I am getting compliments on the new specs.

The best service I have ever seen at Lenscrafters. When I walk into a frame shop, I expect someone to help me pick out frames, to have a good amount of energy (not too much so I can breathe but they better move fast enough so I don’t waste my time), to make suggestions on frames that fit my face and look good on me, not to overwhelm me, and to get me in and out of the store quickly while still feeling I made a great purchase.
I got all of that from a great guy (sorry never got your name). You get 5 stars for service. Going with 4 stars just because I didn’t find a pair of frames that I loved… wanted something with a little pizazz that still met all the requirements I need to wear to work. My friend found a frame though– his broke today and needed to be replaced pronto. They made the frames in an hour. Lifesaver.
