Not impressed. Chicken fried rice had no egg, was bland, and the chicken had a gray pallor to it. Beef and broccoli was more like 20 huge pieces of broccoli with scraps of beef. My son said the orange chicken was good. Definitely not worth $ 22, will not go back.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant tonight. Keep in mind my mother has ordered from them for almost 10 years. When my food came(Orange Chicken) something was off. It was hard and I was not able to chew the chicken at all. I called them to let them know and to hopefully get a new one delivered and take this one back because I really wanted my dinner. The man who answered the phone was so ROUDE! He told me that their food is always good and they don’t do refunds. I was not calling for a refund but this time the food was not good and for him to talk to me the way he did was very disrespectful. He then told me that I can drive up there to get a new one or come in tomorrow morning to talk with the manager who was not in that night the hung up the phone on me. Try calling back 5 times and not answer, then my mom tried on her phone and of course answered!!! I jumped in the car at that point. When I drove up there 10 min later to get my money back due to the LACK of customer service guess what the manager/owner was there and she told me that was her employee and she would have a talk with him but the whole time she’s saying this he continued to work like nothing happened! Do yourself a favor and DON’t order/eat from this place. So many other better Chinese restaurants with a 100% better customer service. The owner gave me my money back but they made me seem like I was in the wrong for food that was uneatable!!! Bad place.

Called there earlier tonight a little bit after 9. Had a slight situation come up that caused me to run a little behind. Needless to say I was somewhere not too far from the restaurant, so I just turned on the gps since I was turned around from where I normally drive from… I was told I’d be 7 minutes from the place. Okay, cool. While on my way there, I get a call from the place as a pull up and a women was started going off on me asking where I was and why haven’t I been there to pick up the food and she emphasize the fact that it had been 40 minutes. I told her I’m down the street and that I will be there shorty I gotten lost.(I wasn’t at home) she then said I ordered from there now three times and I should know how to get around. I then asked her if she still wanted me to show up… The lady said I don’t care. I was shocked about how she was talking to me so I just said fine just cancel my order. She said fine and hung up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Lady who I spoke to earlier said she was one. So I told her how I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke on the phone to me and I never picked up the orders from them, I just placed them. She disregarded everything I said and repeated that I’ve been there before and she could see it in the computer when she typed in my phone number that I’ve been there 3 times. At this point I was going off on how rude she was since she kept interrupting me and said F*** your food! She gasp when I said that and wanted to play victim. Eventually she hung up again in my face and that was the end of that. This place has horrible customer service. Never returning!

For Chinese delivery, this place is fantastic. My wife and I had a favorite place that delivered, and sadly one day, the phone just kept ringing… they closed! This was devistating. Over the course of the next couple of weeks we tried different chinese delivery places to find our replacement and gah, it was a horrible experience. Each place was disgusting. But one day, one faithful day, Number 1 China’s menu was on my door. My wife and I had such a hesitation giving it a try considering that every other place that we tried before was awful. We were hungry and I didn’t want to cook so we took a leap of faith. I got the orange chicken combo and my wife got the shrimp and broccoli and we split an order of pot stickers. HOLYTASTEBUDSBATMAN, WEFOUNDIT! We found our go to chinese delivery place for when we are too lazy to cook! The food is delicious. The chicken was nice and spicy, crispy and tasted fresh. The fried rice was cooked very good and those pot stickers, oh those pot stickers are big mouth watering sausage encased in a cloud of dough and fried to golden brown. They are absolutely amazing. My wife said the shrimp was good, they actually give you enough to get full on, and doesn’t overload you with the veggies like most crappy chinese places do. Yes, give this place a try, you will be pleased!

New to the area and this is the 1st Chinese place we have tried and oh what a disappointing experience. Food lacks flavor completely. Ordered simple dishes mostly to try them out, Chicken Fried Rice, Beef Fried Rice, a Szechwan Vegetable dish, egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Have never seen fried rice without any egg. Google fried rice recipes, they all have egg. This place used no egg in both our fried rice orders so we doubt it was a mistake. Only tasted pepper. Lots and lots of pepper. Egg rolls bland. Bland mush. No crisp to the outside at all. Were they pre-made hours before and days before, were they frozen previously? All these likely answers for what we were delivered. The Szechwan dish was also full of pepper. Can you make pepper bland? Well yes they can. This is a dish we had previously ordered at other restaurants regularly so it is familiar to us. Have never ordered a Szechwan sauce quite like this and not in a good way. Crab Rangoon was the only saving grace of the who cost of the meal we ordered. We will continue our search for a good place in our new area.

I love chinese as much as the next person but personally they’re egg rolls and crab rangoon are too doughy for me. The service was great and had delivery. I just rather spend my money else where.

Used to be very good, but has lost it to just OK over the past few years. Delivery service is handy. Egg rolls are awful.

I ordered a pick up and when I got home the rice was quite hard, where it sticks in and between your teeth. I called she said she would replace the order, when I got there she screamed at me and said that the rice is good and I should have ate it. I have tried almost every Chinese restaurant in Aurora and around, so I know when the rice is hard and not good. So far East china in North Aurora wins!!!

the garlic chicken here is my favorite. I was obsessed with it when I lived in Oswego. I tried the lemon chicken here too which I liked a lot too but something about the garlic chicken was to die for. My family other than myself didn’t like it and ordered at Mason Wok instead. They can suck it, this place is so much better.

Our go-to place for take out. The décor is nothing to write home about. We never eat there, as it’s just a few formica tables and chairs. But the moo shoo is excellent, and their food overall is really good. The steamed dumpling/pot stickers used to be made with a thinner dough. The thicker dough isn’t my favorite, but they still taste good. Hot and sour soup is excellent. In fact, everything served hot is excellent, with enough heat to be interesting but you still taste the other flavors.
