This has to be my worst haircut experience to date. Walked in and the lady who took my information acted like I was a bother being there. Sat down and asked what do you want? Briefly asking for how I would like my haircut she looked at me like I had three eyes and sighed. She preceded to give me what I can describe as not even a haircut all the while not saying a word or lite conversation. This girl should not be in this business. I believe a non trained stylist could have done better. Update…The owner responded promptly with an offer to correct the problem and seems focused on correcting this newly acquired franchise. Will revisit in the future.

I stopped going here five months after I found out that the employees treat you like the remnants of hair they sweep up from the tile floor. Why? Decent, inexpensive haircuts. I’ll give them that. But honestly… So I walked in on a slow Saturday morning, and I’m the only customer there. Instead of being helped right away, I had to get their attention by walking up to the receptionist, who reluctantly arranged my haircut. The lady who cut my hair did a decent job, but other than that, she barely acknowledged me. She was not very affable, and ignored me when I asked her a question. So, overall, decent haircuts, curt staff. Cheap, but don’t count on being treated like a person.
