I needed a replacement battery for a 3.5 year old Samsung Galaxy S3. I went online and found Batteries Plus Bulbs (BPB) had the battery AND had the option for an in-store pick-up. This was just what I needed.
The on-line experience was very good. The check process was secure and straightforward. When I went to retrieve my battery, it was waiting for me behind the counter. A flawless retail experience.
The three people behind the counter were very courteous, professional and engaging. Even the youngest member of the staff was professional; not a «no problem» millennial.
BPB has batteries, bulbs and some pretty good LED flashlights.
