Vermont Security

We met Vermont Security owner Jesse Harper at a home show as we were looking for services related to our rental home in the Mad River Valley, and ultimately decided to have him install our security system. Our home presented a bit of a challenge in that we wanted remote online access to our system, yet we don’t have cell service. He listened well, recommended an approach and wifi-​based system, and sincerely wanted us to be happy. There was no hard sell — just honest opinions and objective presentation of pros/​cons of alternative approaches. He was extremely responsive via phone, text or email whenever we needed him, and has remained so after the installation. The installation went well, and we’re delighted with the result. Vermont Security is a really small business — just Jesse and, I believe, a partner. You’ll always know who’s going to answer the phone, and doing business will be warm and personal.
