I used to fill my RX’s at this location but after so many bad experiences I had no choice but to switch. Prescriptions were lost, I was never contacted with insurance issues, and the staff was extremely rude. I recommend the Norwich or Waterford Locations. Much nicer and much more efficient.

The pharmacy at this location employs the rudest, most unprofessional and lazy pharmacists I have ever encountered.
On a recent visit they would not even approach the counter to talk to me, they asked from their computer in the back if I needed anything. I was then forced to give them my personal information across the room. Then told that they needed hours to transfer a prescription for me. When I went back hours later there was a problem with my insurance of which all they needed to do was call the 800 Number on the back of the card. Again on my second visit they never left their computer counter in the back but had to address me from across the pharmacy. They told me they were much too busy to call my insurance company to get the information that I would once again have to come back in a few hours. Then I went to a different CVS and the woman there took care of my whole prescription with insurance in a matter of 10 minutes.
