Lynn was totally helpful and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and attentively led us to the perfect choice for us. She asked all the right questions and directed us to try mattresses that were progressively better and better. She didn’t seem to push us toward higher price ranges but towards higher comfort levels. She was fun to talk to and we feel great about our experience. And to think, I was going to pick a mattress off the internet. So glad we went in.
