I have been with Hamula Orthodontics for 10 year now, using them for all 5 of my children. Reading the one negative review was absolutely shocking to me because it is so far from any behavior that I have ever experienced or seen at this practice. Dr Hamula, Nancy and the rest of the staff have always been friendly, helpful, never rude or pushy. This practice knows how important good customer service is for a business. If you are looking for a practice that will not only do a great job but will also treat you like they appreciate your business, then go for a consult and see if you aren’t happy with.

We love Hamula Orthodontics! Dr. Hamula and his staff are so kind and genuine and after our initial consult I knew we didn’t need to look any further for our daughter’s treatment. The staff always greet us with a smile and Dr. Hamula is really good at connecting with his patients and their families. I especially appreciate the staff’s commitment to punctuality. We are typically in and out within 15 – 20 minutes and if it’s going to be a longer appointment, they make me aware of that when I schedule the appointment so that I can plan ahead. They are also very accommodating when trying to schedule around kids’ school schedules or getting you in quickly in an emergency situation. The waiting areas are very comfortable(love the fireplace in the winter) and the warm cookies and coffee they offer is an added bonus! I’d highly recommend Hamula Orthodontics to anyone in the Monument/Northern Colorado Springs area.

My experience with Nancy and David Hamula was not good. As an older adult needing orthodontia for a correction, I was surprised to be told that it would take 2 years and $ 4,800(a cost to me of $ 3,300)!!! I say this because I had two other consultations and was given the complete opposite information. The correction could take 6 months at a cost of $ 1,500 of which would cost me out o pocket $ 500. First, Nancy approached me with such a nosey attitude. «Do you work out of the home in those clothes?» Apparently wearing a hat and jeans is something unusual for this person to see in Monument. Then David Hamula swooped in to the exam room and was dismissive, arrogant, condescending and spoke so much that I could barely get a word in. He kept insisting I allow him to perform xrays on my teeth even though I just had xrays taken in another office. Needless to say, based on their treatment of me, the outrageous pricing, ridiculous timeframe and dismissive attitude I would never recommend this office, orthodontist, or anyone here to treat me. Now look for my review of the orthodontist I did choose…
