Ok, someone actually called me and left me a very nice message asking why I had not been in lately. It’s a good thing for them I wasn’t available at the moment to pick up the phone and talk to them. I know the place has a HUGE turnover so I decided to give them another chance for a haircut for my son and I, and also eyebrow and nasal wax for myself. I pulled in and Trissa, who I had never met before after coming for almost 6 years, seated my son right away and gave him a great cut and wash then seated me for the same. I explained to her exactly what kind of cut I wanted and she even went above and beyond giving me a straight razor shave on my neck! They offer free beer, sodas, or bottled water while you wait or during your treatments. Immediately after, I was given a fantastic eyebrow wax but we had to postpone the nasal wax as that wax was not ready in time. Trissa was great, friendly but professional, we talked wax, and she offered me a discount next time I come in for the nasal wax. I’m happy! I explained to Trissa past problems I had with no one ever calling me back to book an appointment, the place being closed with no note on the door or answering machine during posted open hours, and also the previous two times I made an appointment and no one showed and the place was locked up! She professionally did not make excuses just told me she was new as were most of the present workers and she was going to insure the appointment process would vastly improve and that the advertised operating hours would now be reality! That’s all I could ask for at this point. I’ll be back and I think you should too. This place is not just for men although the interior is a bit slanted that way with free beer, free pool, «manicures» etc. UPDATE, actually had a great appointment today for eyebrows and a nasal wax. Elected not to get my hair cut here only because they stopped giving me a $ 12 haircut when bundled with the other services. They wanted to charge $ 20 and I love KutUps in Moore for only $ 10. Otherwise, their wax services rock! If they’d offer a $ 12 haircut I’d start having that done again there as well! I guess the $ 20 is justified when it includes free beer but I’m usually there early morning and don’t usually partake in the ice cold draft beer in a frosted mug (which IS do delicious!)

Why wouldn’t I want cold beers and cool girls while I get my haircut?
As I guy, I can’t imagine getting my hair cut anywhere but here. Cold beers, awesome staff, great haircut. Katy cut my hair – she was very professional, friendly and social. Her and Desirée also did my pedicure – I’m not typically one to pamper myself, but it was incredible. I will definitely be back, and will set aside more time to just hang out here.

This place RoKs! Had a couple of beers while waiting to get my haircut. The stylist was very friendly and she did a great job. Guys definitely need to check this place out.
