You cannot go wrong with whataburger! Only giving 4 stars because the floor really had a lot of trash everywhere on it.

Growing up in Texas. I could go on and on about how Whataburger is another food group in our diet! But I really want to commend the manager, Melissa for keeping customer service alive and positive! She has ensured that my orders have been correct and went out of her way to keep me coming back! It truly is the little things. Like making sure there are NO onions on my burger :)

Melissa Shannon (day/​night manager) came to every customer’s table, politely greeted us, asked how we were doing, and offered to refill our drinks or if we would appreciate a cup of coffee for the road. How very kind. Outstanding customer service! I haven’t experienced this standard of customer service at ANY fast food location in too many years to remember. If ever. Thank you, Melissa! I’ve been driving for eight hours and I have five to go. You made my «lunch break» a wonderful one.

I grew up in Texas, so naturally, I love Whataburger. Sadly I don’t go much anymore because of past experiences at this location. The service is SO SLOW. A lot of the time they are very busy, so a wait is expected, but it was always way too long. I’m patient, being a food service worker, but the wait time was always just unacceptable. Many times my food would barely be warm after waiting 10 minutes or longer to get it. :(

My favorite fast food burger and fries. Classic grilled burger taste made to order. I’ve never gotten bad service at this location even when they were super busy. When I’m eating lighter their grilled chicken sandwich and salads are great.

Horrible service! My husband and I stood at the front counter while the manager asked an employee to help us three times while she stood talking to another employee. I felt bad for the manager but he also should’ve stepped up and helped. It seems as though every time I come in here there is always new staff. This makes me think there is something wrong in the entire restaraunt.

200% beef was 100% in my stomach during the Thanksgiving 2015 holidays. Well a couple of days after Turkey day, some friends and I ate at Whataburger. #2 Double Meat whataburger filled me up along with the fries and pop (okie slang for soda).
My friend’s son down a triple meat patty! Maybe next time, I’ll try take the challenge!
What I really enjoyed was the spicy Ketchup. From my discussion with the Whataburger addicts, the spicy Ketchup is available at groceries stores in Texas. Hmm… perhaps a Texan Unilocaler could mail some spicy Ketchup over to me?!

Oh my yumminess!!! I read about Whataburger in the Ramona books when I was a little girl! Saw one in Norman and insisted we give it a try. The burger was soooo yummy and flavorful, better than I have gotten at a lot of sit down restaurants! Unfortunately I don’t live anywhere near one so it will probably be quite awhile before I get the pleasure again.
