This place should not be allowed to have a drive thru because I believe you have to go in and order to maybe get the correct order. This is the 4th time in a row that my order has either been missing a sandwich or the sandwich has been wrong. It truly is a big inconvenience to have to drive back to the store and wait in line all over again to get the correct order– only to be treated like it is my fault the order was WRONG. NEVER AGAIN! I’m done with this place! This place is too expensive to not get what I pay for and to be treated poorly by the staff.

Worse service ever just trying to get a simple Cinnabon took over 30 minutes thanks to incompetent employees. Can’t imagine how long it would have taken to get a more complicated order.

On my first trip here I wasn’t quite impressed, however, I’m currently in a fit challenge and eating very healthy and they have a great low cal menu! Therefore, I decided to give it another go around and boy I’m sure glad I did! I had the pick 2 with turkey avocado Cobb salad and turkey avocado sandwhich and it was awesome! The only complaint I would have is it is kind of pricy for a somewhat fast food type place. You pay about $ 8 per sandwhich plus ectra for chips and a drink.

This is the best Schlotzskys we have been to in a long time. The service is wonderful! The broccoli cheese soup was so tasty and came with delicious warm and yummy flat bread. Super clean, friendly and inviting, to top it off, we got free cookies for desert! Thank you to the owners and managers of this great location. Go there, You wont be disappointed!
