Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Look for the orange truck. We have used them for over 10 years and they are the best. You can’ t beat the care and quality provided by these guys. I made the mistake of trying someone else once to save a couple bucks but will never make that mistake again. I recently used them for repair as well and was very satisfied with that as well.

Had gutter guards which stopped my gutters from clogging for 4 years. So when they finally clogged, I called Ned Stevens who said they could clean around them but would need to charge me more… I agreed to it. They also tried to get me into a contract so I asked what discount on the cleanings I would get and they said none. Why do it then? When they came out, I was not home but my wife was. They told her that the kind of gutter guards we had, could not be cleaned around and would need to be taken off. She paid them an extra $ 100 to remove them. Here is the thing… they not only didn’t put them back on, but took them with them as well so I couldn’t even put them back. When I called them, they said they could not bring them back. I asked to speak to a supervisor who finally agreed to return them to me. Upon return I discovered they had been bent in half and otherwise destroyed. I once again complained and was offered no remedy except to try to sell me new guards or tell me why gutter guards are no good. Why would a gutter cleaning company not like gutter guards??? Let me think. So I had to call the company who installed the first set I had. $ 1100 for new gutter guards and $ 225 for Ned Stevens to remove my old set. I look at it like a $ 1325 gutter cleaning. Horrible company and even worse customer service

A few years ago while hanging Christmas lights I fell off of my garage roof. Needless to say I now have a respect of ladders and roofs. A friend recommended this business to me and I have now used them twice to clean the gutters of Fall leaves. They do a quick clean job both cleaning gutters and washing out the drain pipes. They also gather whatever they clean from the gutters with them including whatever spills onto the lawn. Upon my last experience they tried to get me into a contact which included periodic cleanings throughout year but I though that it was totally unnecessary.
