We could not be happier with our experience at The Tile Shop in Moorestown. The products they sell are exceptional and the service is fantastic. From start to finish, the staff answered all our questions and gave us very good advice for some tricky areas. We are complete neophytes when it comes to tiling and we LOVE our new kitchen. Pricey? A little but you really do get what you pay for. After all the work, it is a good feeling to know we chose well.

On black Friday, I spent about three hours with artie and John. I’m going to be remodeling my home in the near future and they were extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The prices are more then reasonable. Great store and crew!

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. Over the past few weeks I’ve been working with John to help remodel my bathroom. He’s been exceptionally helpful and has great knowledge of all materials. I’ll definitely be back!

I agree with the previous reviewer. This place has a good selection, but there not much else good to say about them.
When I paid for my tile, I was overcharged. When I pointed it out to them, they did not apologize at all, just quietly refunded the difference.
I was told that it would take 9 days for the tile to arrive and it took 17 days.
When I came to pick up my tile, part of the order was missing. They acted like it was normal, once again did not apologize and gave me the choice of a refund for the missing tile or ordering again.

Really nice selection of materials for flooring solutions. Frank is the manager at this location. His staff really knows their stuff and helped my wife and I during the selection process. They worked with our General Contractor who actually referred us here. The store doesn’t do a lot of advertising, they get their product out through word of mouth and customer reviews more than TV commercials. We are happy with our experience! This store is located across from The Moorestown Mall on Route 38 East. Its behind the Pep Boys Service Center in the KMart plaza. As for pricing, this depends on the size of your project.
Our order experience went downhill after we paid for our order. We ordered tile for 4 rooms. We were given an arrival date for our purchase. Our order was lost during shipping, once it was located, some tiles that we ordered were not on the shipment once it was shipped to the Tile Shop we are working with. Our renovation started, and has been delayed because of the mix up by the Tile Shop. The Tile Shop needs to work on fixing their order tracking process. We were given multiple stories during the period in which we were trying to locate our order.
