Dry Clean Spot

This cleaners recently ruined a long sleeve dress shirt, the second shirt they have ruined in exactly the same way. The first time, I did not complain, but after this happened the second time, I did. The manager denied any responsibility. In fact, she claimed that I brought the shirt in already with a torn sleeve! She definitely was not interested in reimbursing me for the cost of the shirt. Also, in the past year, several shirts came back with buttons torn off, but they claim no responsibility for buttons (store policy). Finally, I have always asked for heavy starch, but the shirts are never starched enough, even after providing this feedback on numerous occasions. In summary, although their price is very attractive, the quality of the work and customer service is not. Do not recommend! I am will to pay more for better quality.

I’m sure if the owners actually were there the customer service would be better.
Picked up dry cleaning I had dropped off the week before and tried to drop off comforter to be cleaned. The lady working there had no idea what to do she kept telling me that a stain wouldn’t come out over and over. I finally told her that we had established that point, can you dry clean it or not? She pointed to the stain again, that was a rust type stain from an iron. I grabbed the comforter and walked out. Please hire competent staff pay them a livable wage so your customers don’t have to put up with this nonsense. Not going back!

I have been a fan since I discovered them a couple of years ago. The owner and his family provide a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The price is a hidden treasure.
