Hands down, best vape shop in the area. Nice collection of hardware and what has become an amazing collection of juices. Better yet is the in depth knowledge of everything that’s carried in the store. This really is a shop by vapers, for vapers. Best of all is the first class customer service you get every time you visit. Bill, and the entire staff, always treat you like a long time customer with finding the best fit for your needs at the top of their list. Ask for a recommendation, they’ll give you one they stand behind because they actually care.

Sterling Vapes is the best vape shop around. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to other vape shops where the staff was not friendly or very knowledgeable about the products they sold. This is not the case at Sterling Vapes. They take the time to listen to what you want and help you make the best choice for your vaping needs. There is no pressure to buy anything you may not want or need. Bill the owner and the rest of the staff always put the customer first. They have a great variety of quality e-​juice and accessories. I love this shop!

I absolutely love this vape shop! Bill, the owner, is awesome! He is so extremely helpful and he is always there. Unlike some places (.MadVapes) you don’t have to worry about dealing with a bunch of teenagers (the employees) that seem like they aren’t even old enough to vape and they don’t care about your business. The customer comes first at this vape shop! They have an extensive selection of e liquids & batteries. They will not sell you batteries that will go out on you within a week, which I’ve seen with other shops. They also won’t try to sell you things that you don’t absolutely need. I would recommend this vape shop to everyone. If you haven’t been, you should go! I am so glad that I have taken my business here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Every person I have seen inside of the shop spoke very highly of Bill and the shop! Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. This is the place to be! Also, Bill is typically there before and after their hours of business and the doors are open. This is great for people who are just a few minutes late or early & he won’t just stand there and stare while your at the door, he will help!

I stumbled upon this place yesterday. I was on my way to MadVapes and decided to stop in. I tried some awesome juice and Bill helped me out with a new tank. He was very informative and knowledgeable. Great family owned business, I will go back!
