Victor, Eric and Annabel are the best. They look for ways to help and always have a positive attitude. My iPhone 4S needed to be replaced and Annabel got me in to a new 6S for the same monthly charge. Now that’s what I call service. Eric applied my screen protector at no charge. I always recommend the folks at Sprint Wireless Lifestyle.

Hands down, the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!! I came in today expecting my experience to be like pulling teeth — as it usually is when trying to switch to a cheaper plan — and was prepared for the worse… Instead, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The sales associate(Kyle) took the time to carefully review my options and made sure that I left with the plan that saved me the most money. Unlike other Sprint stores I’ve been to, they didn’t waste my time by trying to pester me into buying stuff I didn’t need. This store will definitely be my go to place from now on!

Today was my second day at this store. The gentleman who was still training with longer hair was super helpful and nice. However the girl who helped tonight was a joke. She was rude from the beginning of the sale. I have been with sprint for 15 years and you think loyalty would mean something to these people. I was trying to get on my own account and they wouldn’t transfer my number because I didn’t have my mom’s account number yet I know all her personal info. I knew her pin. I called her and she was busy at work. They let me walk out and say I was going to get a phone somewhere else and her response was OK! Way to go on closing a sale. No have a nice night no nothing. Looks like I will be looking for another phone service. I suggest u go to another store or at least stay away from the girl that works here.

Thank you to Victor for your patience. Quick rundown… I am a 10yr+ Sprint customer(not by choice, was with Nextel at the time Sprint bought them out) who was on an easy pay plan with only 3 months to go on current plan. About a week or so ago the screen on my LGG2 developed a few dead spots making it difficult to do access parts of my phone. Started my day off by going to the Sprint store in Newbury Park where I had set up the plan on my defective phone only to find out that it had closed down. Great. I then proceeded to the Thousand Oaks Sprint store. Without throwing anyone«under the bus», let’s just say, I was pretty much dismissed. Thanks a lot. A few more ordeals through the day to try to get a replacement for my defective phone. Without going into all the hoops I had to jump through with Sprint customer service to feel like I am a «valued long time customer», I get to Victor. Victor is a complete professional who treated me with respect through the entire THREEAND A HALFHOURS I was at his store. Walked me through all of my options and helped me out when customer service gave me the run around. He even was able to fill in the gaps I was trying to get from the mother ship. Great job going above and beyond

The staff was very helpful and thorough when they discussed my plan and options. I ended up with 2 new phones, a tablet and lower monthly payments. The employees, especially the manager, were patient with me as I tend to take my time before deciding. Great customer service here!

I would avoid this store if possible, they are not full service and the employee I tried to work with was rude. So rude that I left and drove to the Simi Valley store and actually dealt with nice people that were courteous and efficient. This Moorpark store is a joke.
