Eric and his Assistant Manager are the absolute BEST! I had a phone that was on the fritz and they made sure I walked out with a new phone that I love. They were so nice and treated me like one of the family while my phone was syncing all of the contacts. They even set me up for a promo LG was running for some additional accessories for FREE! I am a long time T-​Mobile customer and it’s because of great staff like these two who make switching cells a painless process.

Awesome employees i came in the other day with my broken phone after it fell out of my pocket at 70 mph so it was in 8 pieces Eric the store manager helped me out with filing the insurance claim and I went back in today when I got my replacement phone and he activated it and helped me set up my new phone and make the transition to the replacement phone seamless I have found my new go to T-​Mobile store all the employees are very knowledgable and very helpful I will be recommending this store to everyone I know it is well worth the drive from the other end of town

I went into this place for help with my iPhone and to see what paying $ 8 insurance a month can do if the screen was broken. I didn’t get greeted until 8 minutes after entering on top of having that employees back turned towards me the entire time. The other employee was on the phone and didn’t make eye contact with me once. Don’t recommend this location nor am I very happy with T-​Mobile lately.

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a cell phone store. They made my migration from Verizon super easy and quick! I even got a new phone out of it too and saved money! When you go there ask for Wes. Amazing experience seriously give them a try!
