Hmmm, used a Groupon, made an appt. and received a pretty good massage. I told Karra, after my massage that my wife would be interested in a massage. Karra offered me two gift certificates for a «special» price of $ 100.00. I handed her a $ 100 bill and she said she didn’t have any on her but would send them to me, after all, she seemed trust-worthy. After several emails and voicemails, no response and no gift certificates. MY mistake was not getting a receipt. I am happy to delete this review if you simply contact me Karra and explain yourself. You said you would mail them to me and I gave you my business card. It’s been two months and I’ve sent SEVERALEMAILSANDVM’S, and I need to know why you cannot pickup the phone or write a email and give me the common courtesy of an explanation or simply give me my money back?
