I’m being generous giving this Hallmark store 2 stars. They have TERRIBLE hours — never seem to be open other than for the hours that they feel like working. Also, they don’t seem to a true Hallmark store — their bags when you purchase something look like they came from a local Chinese restaurant; they’re not the nice Hallmark bags that you normally get. Moraga wants people to shops local, but they really should make their stores more desireable.
