I found David on Craigslist when my mother, in Sun City, had an issue with her swamp cooler and a few leaks from her spigot. I live in Las Vegas. David was there within a day or two and fixed the problems at a reasonable price. He has made it easy for me to pay him directly and has always followed up on any issues mother has had. He stands by his work, has showed a lot of character in his dealings with my mother and always followed up on her concerns. I have only used him for about a month, but he has completed a lot of work for me and I will always use him because I trust in his work for my 65 year-​old mother. And unlike many of these people who one may meet on CL, he does not require money upfront. So when my mother says that he is done, I pay him. If she has a problem, he comes back out without an issue.
