The storage grounds are kept clean and under surveillance at all times. The staff is very friendly and there to help when you need it. Storage unit prices tend to increase every year, which is a downside. But got to keep a business going!

Always great service. I was there for about a year or more and moved back, when I needed to rent again a storage space I went back to western states storage because of their awesome rates and great customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a space in Moreno Valley. Always friendly.

I’ve been using this storage facility for almost a year and I can say it’s very clean. The staff is friendly and the move in rate was great! Definitely would recommend them!
