I have been shopping here for several years. I always come to Bayside Watch and ask for Dale. He is the best and cares about his customers. From battery replacement to a new watch. Bayside Watch is the place to go!

Amazing customer service! My husband was determined to get a Luminox watch. The sales rep was awesome and gave us a T-​shirt and hat to go with the watch. When we got home we noticed a crack on the face. We brought it back this morning expecting issues-​NO issue at all, very friendly and accommodating. Replaced the watch and said if we have any issues what so ever to come back!!!

I took my watch to another repair shop in the mall and they told me my watch was not repairable and not worth repairing. I went to Bayside and talk to Dale (the owner) and he said he could fix it. The watch was giving to me on my 30th birthday (1983), so it was very special to me. The owner was very friendly, very reasonable. He made my watch look like new the day it was giving to me. I highly recommend Bays Watch services. Great customer service.

It will be my first and last visit at Bayside Watch. The owner/​manager was extremely rude after I gave him the business of a simple battery replacement for my watch. I asked how much he charges for new battery replacement. He replied rudely and said «$ 8». I was friendly and mentioned that the other watch store on second level closed for good. He was showing aloof and unfriendly expression. After I paid him I looked around to see the watches for sale. Then I asked if he gave me the receipt. He said yes with unfriendly rude face. I apologized for asking. Then unexpectedly HE SAID TO ME «HEY IF YOU WANT CHEAP BATTERY OR WATCHES, DON’T SHOP IN MY STORE.» That’s the first time I encountered a damn rude owner/​manager A-​HOLE who – after doing business with him– would say such remarks. He is right on the money though, I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AND WILL TELL FRIENDS AND RELATIVES NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH BAYSIDE WATCH at moreno valley mall!

This is the best place around to get your watch fixed! I about had a break down when I took my husbands Nixon watch to another watch repair shop and they butchered taking apart his watch and lost screws in the process. So I took my watch to this place almost in tears and the gentlemen who owns the place fixed it up just perfect! I can’t thank him enough!

Amazing customer service and absolutely amazing at his job. After being told several times from different locations that my engagement ring couldn’t be fixed, this amazing gentleman from bayside watch fixed my ring in a day. He was able to add diamonds to my ring after several diamonds unfortunately fell out several months ago. My ring looked absolutely beautiful. Still can’t stop staring at it.

Been to others in the past, and been around for awhile, yep old geezer.
Let me tell you from life experience, this guy is GOOD.
My fourth visit to this store with issues from finding the a replacement band to changing battery (cheaper then all others) and fixing watches, which he did on the spot with one (emergency fix) and solving a other watch issue for which he did not charge me.
Needles to say he is my go to guy for all clock/​watch repairs and other related issues.
Highly recommend this shop, friendly folks and honest and fair prices.

Service was super friendly and efficient. My mom needed a watchband and they had a large selection. The employee led us to the case that had the bands that were the right size/​type for her watch and gathered other ones from around the stores that were similar, which saved us a lot of time. My mom and I both liked the band and the price was very reasonable (if you go, keep in mind that the price he charges is WAY below the MSRP on the price tag).
I had with me a bracelet I had just purchased elsewhere that broke almost immediately after I bought it. I was considering returning it, but first asked if he could fix it. He fixed it for me on the spot. It took him just a few minutes and he didn’t charge me. I highly recommend this place.
