ZERO STARZ!!! NEGATIVE 5 IF I COULD…
Went in to get an engagement ring. Took me 3hours to get attended since i bought it on a busy day. Went back the following day because the ring was to big. Got it sent in for resizing 7 to a 4 ½. Went back four days later, my fiancé examined it and it was in horrible conditions!!! Disgustingly sloppy job not even round, i can see where they made the cut to make it smaller and it had black dents on it. The band was smaller and it was alot lighter. I returned it and i am never ever going back. I do not recommend this daniels or any daniels. Poor quality in gold diamond value and service!

I took my ring to get sized, great price.
I got it back… and I am beyond upset. It’s still tight, there’s a dent mark on it, and the one thing that sent me over the edge… they painted the diamonds black.
This is a band with black diamonds on the side and regular diamonds in the middle. The black diamonds have black paint on them and even the side of the band has black paint on it!
I’m really upset… this is a ring my mom gave me and it means a lot, now it’s ruined.
I will never take my business here again.

Their service is amazing. They employee are always smiling and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I go in. I went to make a payment and they had me in an out in no time! They are a very clean store as well. I did not see any dust any where!

Service was ok but they charged me $ 10 tax AND then tax on the $ 10! for using a coupon-​deal when the tax should have been around $ 4.50. They were unfamiliar with the deal and I had to pay extra. Very dissatisfied!
