I got the taro tea and added boba. I find it laughable they don’t price the teas to contain Boba or pearls already. So odd to me. It was super bland and warm. I could hear one or two ice cubes rattling around in my drink. I took two sips and tossed. It had a powdery taste. The boba/​bubbles were firm and how they should be textually but lacking any sweetness or flavor. Literally the worst Boba tea I’ve ever had. OK

The lady at the counter is nice, she smiles a lot and is pretty nice. Ordered a cookies and cream with boba and it was $ 4.49. Pretty pricey for a regular. The large wouldve been $ 4.99+0.50 cents for the boba. Theres only one person working so it could be bad if it got busy.
They also sell fresh fruits and chips!
Overall customer service was great! The drink was actually pretty good! And the boba was on point! Will definitely come back!

Never coming here again. Popped in for a tea before heading home (admitedly only 5 minutes before closing) and was informed very rudely that they were already closed as they always close at 8:56pm (cashier’s words, not mine). Not only does that smell like BS, but they were still open and it would have only taken a moment to make me a tea. Seeing other terrible reviews doesn’t surprise me now. Yeah… I’ll be buying my boba tea from somewhere else from now on.

Well I tried the honeydew milk tea a few weeks ago and I was excited they serve soy milk. Now that’s all I want but I have tried going back three times and every time they are out of soy or something else. The last three times they were rude and the cashier was like a zombie. She just stares at you

Ordered a mango milk tea with boba. Before I ordered the drink I asked the zombie cashier what flavor she recommended between coconut, mango or taro. She rolled her eyes a few times and then spoke! Wow anyway she said «the mango and coconut are both popular… The coconut tastes like candy, the mango is sweeter» ummm
Sorry but the taste was not good… Did not taste like mango and the boba was really sticky and forever chewy… I couldn’t finish the drink. I tried to like it. but figured the little man in trash can would enjoy it a bit more!

I’m a big fan of boba but this place has the worst I have ever tasted. First of all the flavor selection was close to nonexistent and the flavors they did have tasted horrible. I tried the taro and melon which were on ice and not blended when I had asked for it to belnded. The tapioca pearls were over cooked and mushy. I literally took two sips and had to stop because they were so gross. The customer service was horrible as well when I asked the older man a question he answered it rudely after ignoring me for more than five minutes. Please save your money and go else where.

The first time I tried this place the Taro slush with boba was bland. Then today I decided to try the Taro snow with boba for 3.77. I am disappointed again that the drink was not creamy and was bland again. The boba was good.

This spot on the mall has been problem plagued for years. It’s almost like Kryptonite for business… There was dipping dots, ice cream, and several others just in the past few years.
I like this new place. We’ve come to the mall just to have the Thai tea.
I couldn’t tell you good boba from bad, but I thought it was very good.
I think this place might just make it (been watching a steady flow of customers).
Oh and they use Blendtec — my favorite blender!

The boba is cook good not to soft or hard. I ordered a Thai tea. I wasn’t impressed when I saw the girl pour it out of a jug already premade. It tasted horrible nothing like my average Thai tea. Also it’s $ 4.49 for a large size! Too expensive for bad quality definitely won’t go back.
