Cali Hookah Lounge

Don’t even waste your time! The service is absolutely horrible. My friend and I waited about 30 minutes for our hookah to only find the lounge ran out of hookah tips. We waited another 30 minutes for someone to bring tips and no one came. Some other customers ended up buying some and giving us one. Regardless of the fact that the lounge ran out of something they should obviously have, they kept taking customers without warning them first (Not to mention there was a smoke shop next door so they could have easily bought tips for customers).
It was obvious that the workers were more interested in having fun themsevles rather than tending to paying customers. It was clear that the lady at the front taking customers was overwhelmed and she was trying but it didn’t make the experience any more pleasurable.
If you are not a regular at this lounge and are just looking for a decent place to relax with friends… THIS IS NOT IT.
