Food was good but customer service is poor.
Fries sit getting cold while waiting for sandwich.
My sandwich was wrong.
They where sampling but told it something different than it was, training on the menu is poor. Too meny people working and no one teally serving customers. No eye contact.
Wrapper was stuck into and removed the melted cheese. — Melted cheese is sticky. If you stick the wrapper into it your cust cheese they can either pull the cheese with wrapper off or eat the wrapper.

Perris, CA
Only 2 stars because the food is the great Charley’s taste, but the service has to improve a lot. It’s a new store with a new crew, so it’s understandable that kinks need to be worked out, but there were so many issues with my order. It was also obvious that the girl taking orders on the tablet and the girl at the register aren’t trained in customer service or well versed with the menu.
Hopefully they can work it out and I can review this location at a higher rating.
