Jersey Mike’s Subs

I’m shocked by people negative reviews. It’s a sandwich… CALM DOWN! My husband and I have come here to many times to count ordering different things and have always been happy. We always get oil and vinegar on the side if we are taking it to go so it doesn’t get soggy.

My little family seems to really enjoy the subs here. Since I started going to Jersey Mike’s I haven’t been back to Subway!

I like the sandwiches, they are a little overpriced but I enjoy them. Ordering on line is a great convenience, just enter your information and go pick up the order. That not the way it works at this Jersey Mikes, in about a dozen online orders about ¹⁄₃ were ready when stated, ¹⁄₃ I had to wait for them and about ¹⁄₃ were not even started then I went to pick them up. Today (6÷13÷16) was particularly annoying I was given a 35 min pick up time (never had a time that long before), arrived at the restaurant and my order hadn’t been started and there was one other customer in the shop. I’m done.

Answer the damn phone!!! This place drives me insane. I love the sandwiches but the kids that work here are terrible!

My first time visiting this sandwich shop, and most definitely my last. The 2 stars are only for the excellence of the staff at this place. They are friendly, helpful, and incredibly nice. I appreciated all their efforts. I got a foot long to go for a little over $ 15. Took 2 bites and was disgusted. Bad ingredients, terrible bland flavor, and below average bread. Had to toss the whole thing. Inedible. Can’t believe people eat this stuff. Worse than subway. Better off going to a deli. Cheaper and better quality. This review is in no way a shot at the people who work here. They are professional and great. Jersey Mike’s should invest in organic and non GMO products, especially at those prices. What a let down. I could have bought 3 – 4 vente sized drinks at Starbucks for the same price. So, all in all, fantastic staff but horrific «food».

Ok in all honesty this is the worst sandwich shop. So to start off for 2 large sandwiches, two bags of chips and a cookie it was $ 37 for sandwiches? Ok now let’s talk about the slimy balls of processed meat. The taste is like salt and it has a slimy texture. No quality. To top it off they turned down a customer who walked in at 906 and told him they could not serve him because they closed at 9. Two thumbs down!

They are not worthy of even 1 star after my experience. What a joke!!! I ordered a regular Italian sub. The person making my sandwich grabbed an already cut piece of bread which i assumed to be a regular size already. She then proceeded to cut of about an 1 ½ of the bread and throw it in the trash. I was shocked! Apparently she has such an accurate measurement on how big a regular size sandwich is without any type of measuring device. The person who received the other half of that sandwich also got shorted. She would rather throw 1 ½ of bread away than give it to a loyal customer. The sandwich being made in front of mine was also a regular size and they were two different sizes. The customer in front of me even made a comment as well. The person making my sandwich said «I am just doing what I am told». Well if losing a customer is the result keep doing what your told and there will be more customers you lose. She said with an attitude «would you like me to cut another piece of bread» really that’s the last thing i wanted. Not one person standing behind the counter offered to any help at all. Not going back!!!

If you like a good quality sandwich at a fair price, then jersey mikes is the place to go in the area. Meat is freshly carved right before you. Toppings and add ons also taste very fresh.
Staff is always very friendly and device is fast.
I just wish this location was a little bigger as it does get crowded and seats are limited.
But if you decide to take your sandwich to go then you will have no problem with this.

I used to love this place until I went in tonight. Young male employee was cleaning before closing and grabs the mop handle on the mop bucket to move to the side… went behind the counter to start making our sandwich with the same gloves on! So disgusting, that is how people get sick. Called and complained, but can’t imagine how often that probably happens. When we called the girl laughed. Shows how serious they take cleanliness. Never can eat there again.

Coming to this Jersey Mikes today was like watching a car crash in progress. There were only 3 employees up front most of the time; 1 on the meat cutter, 1 on toppings and 1 on the register. There was a group of people here to get phone orders who waited over ten minutes while their orders were confused with other orders. The girl on the cutter would take your order and put meat on the bread but between the two high school kids on toppings and register the orders would get confused and the line got longer. Then the two guys switched spots mid order which made even more confusion. There eventually became a long line of people mad to be waiting so long and another group of pick up folks equally made at their wait. They definitely need more people for the Sunday lunch rush and the guy making the sandwiches needs to do 1 at a time, not 4 – 5 so he can keep the orders straight.
For those of us who managed to get their correct order the food was good.

Food is good, accuracy is out the window. Seriously. Not kidding.
The same issue of accuracy has been haunting my visits ever since I first came here.
I’ve gone personally several times five receipts that I can find and two more times I’ve been brought or asked to go here. I have tried to make the same sub all of these times. I have yet to have had it the way I want it. I guess mikes way means I can’t have it the way I want ever. At first I thought maybe they just didn’t like me for some reason so today I had a friend go inside and give my order. I TEXT EXACTLY what I wanted and I have em hand over the phone to show what I wanted. The cashier rang it up and I thought everything would finally be perfect. Alas it was not to be.
I have been trying to order a no. 26 which is a bacon ranch cheese steak. On the menu online and in store it shows it comes with bacon, ranch tomato and of course lettuce. Four times I have had no lettuce or tomatoes. 1 time with no veggies or ranch — just chicken and bacon that was it. This time today I got steak like roast beef or something not even chicken was present in my chicken sub.
I have yet after several visits get the same sub as the one on the menu. Maybe it’s just me but I dunno if this would be what comes to my mind anymore as far as food prepared the way I asked goes.

The service was great good environment bathroom and place was clean but the sandwich was tasteless I ordered the roast beef and provolone and the roast beef was trash didn’t even have a taste. I would never eat at Jersey Mikes again.

If you order a standard sub, I guess it was okay. I made the mistake of ordering grilled vegies with bacon wrap. This was beyond their comprehension. What k got was grilled vegies with jalapeño (I did not ask for jalapeño) I got NO bacon at all but i did get a what seemed like a huge slab of cheese. It was huge. Who would thst dripping cheese mess in a solidified wad. It was disgusting.
We had not gone here in a while. Now I remember why, run by teenagers who could not a job anywhere else because they don’t listen and don’t care. Hey management, other locations seem to be able to function properly. Go find out why this location is SO LACKING IN SKILLS

I cannot believe the very poor attitudes the employees have at this location. Everyone that helped me had very rude attitudes, no how may I help you? Instead do you know what you want? The lady that put the toppings on I had to tell her over 3 times what I wanted and she still was getting it wrong. Then I’m at the cashier waiting to pay and they’re busy chit chatting amongst themselves. Then I couldn’t believe that as your swiping your debit card it asks you if you want to include a tip. WHAT? Not with the horrible service I just received. I’m not sure if this is something new, I am often at the Jersey Mikes in Ontario and have never been asked that before so I’m not too sure. Hopefully this is not a new trend because before we know it we’ll be at McDonalds and they’ll be asking if we’d like to leave a tip as well.
On the other hand the food is always fresh, how can you complain when they slice your meat right in front of you.
The prices are a little bit high but for the quality of the meats I’ll pay it.
My one star for the most worse Jersey Mike’s staff I have ever came across. There’s a jersey Mikes in Ontario across from Ontario Mills this staff should take a course on customer service from them when you walk in they greet you, they all have smiles on their face welcoming you there. Very nice and friendly people at the Ontario location

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. They have gotten my order right exactly one time. That was right after they opened when all of the employees were new and friendly and smiling and eager to help. Since then, I have had about 10 disastrous visits and honestly, today was my last.
They consistently mess up my order in almost every way imaginable. I call in orders and even though they give me a pick up time, they are never ready when I arrive. In fact, they usually have to hunt through the store to find the ticket. One time, I arrived 20 minutes after the pickup time they had given me, and they hadn’t even started my sandwich. Then, they put my sandwich in line behind the last customer that walked in so that even though I ordered the sandwich by phone 35 minutes earlier, the guy who walked in the store after me got his first.
Today, I placed an order over the internet thinking this would create a ticket that had no risk of human error since I typed everything in exactly how I wanted it. With my experience, I should have known to check the order before I left the store. When I got home, I discovered that my sandwich was a regular when I had ordered a giant. I now had to drive all the way back to the store to have them fix their mistake. I again gave them my very specific order — light oil and light vinegar — and as I’m watching them make it, they start baptizing it in oil and vinegar even though the special instructions had just come out of my mouth seconds before.
The staff are unapologetic and at most, will offer a free soda as penance. If you like bad service, erroneous orders, and having to carefully supervise every stage of the preparation of your order, then this place is for you.
Oh, and the food is just okay. I only go there because it’s the only alternative to my favorite sandwich shop, which is closed on Sundays.
Update: My wife’s sandwich was also missing the banana peppers she ordered which we didn’t notice until she bit into it at home. Sorry, but I’m not going back twice in one day to fix an order.

I love these sandwiches but If I’m going to spend 52 bucks in this place and get attitude from some short red head isn’t happy with her job! If the manager of thus location doesn’t fix this i have no problem contacting the corporate office.
If you want a good jersey mikes sandwich go over to the Clinton Keith store in murrieta.

Well it’s official. I’m totally ADDICTED to these little layers of Jersey heaven! I got JERSEY JAW and a $ 7.00 a day habit. I got it bad. I know I got to stop. and I will. I promise. right after my next ‘Stickball’ Hit. my next ‘Super’ Sacked. just one more ‘Original’ On it. I got to keep my ‘Club’ on it. and when I’m on it, on some ‘Shore’, I’m happy, I am the ‘Big Kahuna’!
Don’t argue, don’t resist, just go lockstep with the hoards of ‘carve-​crazies’ right on down to JM’s and hollar out a number between 1−−100 and say «Make it Mike’s way.» and get ready for a SUB HIGH like no other. Baby, it will blow your mind!

It’s Jersey Mike’s-great subs, friendly team members, clean and comfortable with lots of seating both indoors and outside on the large patio. Cool music playing with soundless sports on the TVs, which I really enjoy.
Had a fantastic Chipotle Cheese Steak, devoured is probably more accurate! There was a steady line of customers which is the only endorsement you need. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

FINALLY Jersey Mike’s Subs comes to Riverside, but this location is actually pretty close to Moreno Valley.
The original Italian cold sub on white bread is my absolute favorite. It comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni.
I recently tried a tuna sub at this location, and I have to say that it was one of the best tuna subs I’ve ever had. Tuna is freshly made on premises.
I get my sub done Mike’s Way… onions, tomatoes, shredded lettuce… And I also request PEPERONCINI, JALAPENOS, and these other little red peppers they have on the side. In addition, I have them add EXTRA olive oil blend, EXTRA red wine vinegar, and extra spices. I actually make these people work it: P
All of the above makes for one KICK-​BUTT SUB :)
Everything is SO very FRESH — bread, veggies, meat, cheese… the meat is sliced fresh upon ordering.
The regular sub does not come cheap (over $ 7), but it is a pretty good size for a hearty lunch or dinner, if you are not splitting!
Ask for a Jersey Mikes club card. It will add up to a free sandwich after one too many sandwiches. Hey, that’s still better than nothing!
I still think Jersey Mike’s Subs go beyond Subway’s «eat fresh».
