If you come here get the lunch BLT! It’s surprisingly amazing lol I usually come here for lunch and when I just will eat anything because he food here is usually good not amazing but I tried the BLT and was so surprised on how yummy it was. Now I will be returning just for that BLT! So good!

Ordered the Creamy Jalapeño and Honey Chipotle to go. Both flavors were good, but I was short a wing on one of my orders. I know it may not seem like a big deal to some… but if I’m paying roughly $ 1.25 per wing, I want what I paid for.

A completely abysmal experience, waited over 45 minutes for appetizers. Rude, lethargic staff. Asked for manager, and instead of speaking with us, got an attitude and suddenly rushed food out. Location understaffed, long wait times for any assistance, and at times went 20+ minutes without seeing any staff.
Watched as our drinks waited 10+ minutes on the bar after being made and servers did side-​work in kitchen. Staff all looked unkempt, ungroomed, and unprepared. Host was unfriendly and slow to greet/​table new customers. Asked for manager a second time and was ignored. Water never refilled despite sitting at table for almost an hour and a half.
Poor service made even worse by the fact that restaurant was not busy, only about 10% of tables were seated, and few new customers were walking in the door. Little wonder considering the deplorable service.
Food was good, but took so long to come out, we were almost late to our next engagement. Not ever planning on coming here again, and telling my friends to avoid as well. Terrible!

It’s ok food. We had chip and salsa. The chips are so thin! Would break easily when we dipped in guacamole. I asked for med rare steak but I got like med– well. My husband asked for medium but he got well done. He accepted his but I did not. I asked for replace with med rare please. But they ended give me over rare. I asked to cook little more. After third time, it is rare not med-​rare so I gave up and saying thanks. I had it to be to-​go. So I can cook at home.
Oh oh. All food are tooooo salty!
We talked about chilis. We have to say that we are happy with Northern Cal. Hope they will improve with salty issue and familiar with between well-​done and rare. Thank you.

Just waited 30 mins to get my drinks! WALKED OUT. FIGURE IT OUT PEOPLE! horrible confused service. Hire a real night manager for a Saturday night.

OMG last Oct 31^st Halloween we came in at lunch time. It took us like 20 minutes before the wait staff came to take our order! They even took the order of the family next to our table first even when we came in before them. After that it took like 45 minutes for our food to arrive. My steak was super dry and well done when I ordered a «medium». Also they did not provide us spoon and fork i even had to get up to call a server’s attention. They did not even offer a booster seat for my 4yo son!!!

What a disappointing experience. Went for dinner with my family and they were about 70% capacity but we were seated right away. Place our drink order and they arrived quite quick. Then ordered an appetizer and it came fairly quick. Then, about 25 minutes after finishing the appetizer I asked the busboy for the manager because our wait staff was no where to be found. The busboy returned and said she will be with you shortly. 16 minutes later 1 kids meal and 1 adult meal arrived, 7 minutes later the other kids meal and adult meal arrived. I noticed the manager standing back by the kitchen so I assumed she was going to head over… Nope, she never showed. After 1 hour and 53 minutes, we left. Needless to say we will not return.

I ordered nachos and my husband a bowl of chile. Both were horrible.
Canned chile like hormel is way better.
This was our 4^th visit and our last.

Terrible. Went for lunch and had rubbery, flavorless chicken strips. The corn that came with it seemed off, too. It seemed like the food had been microwaved. Gross.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in YEARS!!! The server got everything wrong except our drinks and then had an attitude about it. When we spoke to the manager he didn’t seem to care a bit. We were there for over 45 minutes and my friend never even got her food before we walked out. It would be an absolute miracle if this place stays in business!

Do not go to this place if you are actually wanting to EAT! Waitress got our order completely wrong even though it was a pretty simple Soup and Salad order! She brought me the wrong salad and my friend the wrong soup. My food was NOT prepared or brought to the table until everyone else was completely done eating. Waitress was incredibly rude even though she was the one who created the problem and Manager didn’t seem to even understand English very well. Another customer was also waiting for over 10 minutes for change. The place wasn’t even busy. NO EXCUSE except poor management.

Placed an order for takeout via online app. Was easy to use and had simple options to request extra dressings and request to have items excluded and items placed on the side. Specifically a salad was ordered and tortilla strips were requested to be put on the side. They ended up being put on the salad anyway. A little more attention to detail would be wise.
Food was good and all else was to be expected. Was pretty close to eating in the restaurant.
I’d still eat there but will be more careful about checking items to-​go.

Most of the times I get bad service here so I just started getting my food
to go.

I went to chilis for lunch yesterday and within a few hours I had the worst food poisoning. I had not ate anything all day, so it could be nothing else. I literally am so disappointed and so drained from feeling like this.
The service was fine, and the restaurant was clean.
However, I will never eat at a chilis again.

Good food and friendly service. Only 4 stars because sometimes it takes a bit long to get your food. Recommend the fajita platter.

They were very acomadating
We asked for a Long spoon to stir the Tea and we tecieved this. It was very cute, I love that instead of saying they dont have one, they tried to satisfy us and they earned an A

I was pleasently sorprised, I have to confess, I have never been a fan of chili’s, I used to think of them as food from a box, tonight they changed my mind, theirr corn bread skillet is delicious, I don’t think is grandma’s recipe, but their combination of flavors is great, my sirloin steak and salad was very good and the service was amazing, I will definitely come back
