Came in with some jeans I purchased online that didn’t fit and everyone was so helpful in helping me find the right size to exchange them. Store was clean and organized with employees everywhere organizing the merchandise and available for help. Will definitely come back!

Every time I go in they seem to have the best deals going on. Always find Good pieces of fashion. I sure get my money’s worth during sale time.

I absolutely understand the precautions employees must take to prevent stealing. However, when I am shopping and am asked FOUR times if they «can hold my items at a dressing room or at the register» within a 30 minute time span, that is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I had a full arm of clothes with intention of PURCHASING but walked out empty handed after being asked a fourth time.

I literally only made this account so I could rant about the TERRIBLE service! I bought four pairs of jean they were buy one get one for $ 10. A couple days later I decided I only wanted two of them. SO I go to the store trying to return the two i had never worn or even taken the tags off. Anyways apparently the two jeans I returned were the exact ones that I had paid $ 10 for so I only got $ 20 back. I tried explaining that i wanted the full price of the jeans back for one and $ 10 for the other because I understood I had bought them as a promotion. Anyway the lady I was speaking to was extremely rude even rolling her eyes from time to time. I finally got fed up and asked to speak to a manager lo and behold she was the manager! so i asked for the district manager. As soon as I said this they gave me back my money no problem. so unprofessional.
