Firstly we stood at the door for almost 7 minutes without being acknowledged. We were finally seen and seated. Food was great kids were happy with gaming system, nice touch btw. Overall everything was just ok.

After a long day, we decided to stop for Happy Hour and some grub. The waitress/server was lame. She wasn’t very helpful with answering any questions. Maybe she’s having a bad day. We ordered the unlimited enchiladas(good flavor but the tortilla is slightly crispy) and full order of boneless buffalo wings(good taste). However, my classic margarita wasn’t so classic. It was straight up Margarita Mix on Ice… WTF???

I want to like this place because it is close to home, but I have had more not good experiences, then good ones. Service is fine. But the food has been lacking in flavor on several occasions. Order to go today and the portions were so small. This is the second time I have felt cheated when ordering to go. I want the same portion as when I order in as when I order to go. Money wasted tonight!

If you want your food right, at a decent time or if you like customer service, try somewhere else. Wait time was sad, server served me ground beef(was told it was shredded beef, they should know this) which we don’t eat and I had to go vomit in a bathroom with no tissue and a lack of soap. The«manager» waddled over to our table like a jerk and wasn’t aware of her own specials/prices so we got scolded in a packed restaurant and she ended up apologizing because she was wrong about a special. Not good for a date night, which we usually don’t get with 4 small kids. Sometimes people don’t know what they’re ruining for you… Don’t bother with«To Go» because they SUCK at that. Either something is missing or the order is wrong. No thanks, Chilis! No thanks!

Food is ok but the service is plain horrible. Restrooms are always out of toilet paper and seat covers. The soap dispenser is always broken and dangling. For the area the place is located, you would think this one is better than the one off of Frederick. But atleast at the other Moreno Valley location, the servers pay attention to you.

Be very careful with their Togo orders. Being 34 weeks pregnant, I wanted an easy night this week. I was super tired and didn’t want to make dinner. Just wanted to pick up something togo to make things easy so I could spend time with my husband and watch a movie after we ate. Unfortunately, that is not how it turned out. I arrived home with our food to find my husbands meal the fajitas trio meat was all raw. I mean raw. Not even medium rare. I asked for it to be well done because I wanted some as well and being pregnant, I can not have raw food. The shrimp were still grey and cold in the middle, the steak looked purple, and the chicken had pink. We tried to call it in and the manager Maria keep insinuating we were lying. My husband insisted we bring the meal back in to show her. We brought the food in and she still was making all sorts of excuses. I really think that woman needs to take some management and customer service classes. Being a business owner myself, the way she handled the whole situation was ridiculous. I can’t believe when something is not right a manager would badger the customers who just wanted it to be fixed. My husband just wanted her to tell the cook to be careful because he was under cooking food. Especially, if a pregnant woman eats it not paying attention. The sad thing is that she only refunded the actual plate. She didn’t even compensate for the inconvenience properly. We will not be coming back to this Chilis. She had the opportunity to make it right and did not. I am very unsatisfied with the outcome and how the situation was handled.

I knew when we walked through the door we should have turned around and walked out. 3 servers and a hostess were arguing about a table in front of the customers. I went to the restroom and the trashes were overflowing, no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. One stall lock didn’t work. 5 tables in the bar were dirty. We sat at one waiting for it to be cleaned. A waiter cleaned ours but left the others dirty. Our food took FOREVER to come out. My husband’s beans were cold/lukewarm. The fajitas were missing the bell peppers. Last time we visit the Chili’s off Nason.

Food is okay but horrible service. Had to Ask for water three times. Waiter never came back to us although she was helping other tables near by. Blonde waitress with blue on her ends avoid her.

The bar area is amazing, only order drinks!!! Do not order«ANY» food from the kitchen!!! The kitchen is horrible! I had to send my food back twice! Cold pasta, and frozen garlic bread to be exact!!! The employees, don’t even eat there, they order out from other establishments for food! Again, drinks are good! The food… eat before you go, or go to another establishment for hot delicious food!

So this was a really bad experience. Came for a birthday party we were about 20 people with one waitress. I understand that she is only one person but why did they not give her assistance. Some of us decided to just go to the bar and get some drinks but that was just as bad the bartender was really. Some of us didn’t get what we ordered and just ended up canceling the order. Not going to be come back to this Chilies and I doubt our big party will be having another birthday here. Chilies just lost our business.

Great food and service last night!!! Our waitress was one of the best we have ever had. I didn’t get her name though. There was about a 20 minute wait and then we sat and ordered and got our food pretty fast. We got the $ 35 deal!!! This deal is so worth it. You get two margaritas, one appetizer, two meals and one desert! Seriously best deal!!! Everything was great. My kids loved their food especially the ribs. Will be back for sure especially for this awesome deal!

I personally love Chili’s, I usually get the baby back ribs, or their fajitas. This time I went with the quesadilla explosive salad. It was AMAZING full of chicken and the quesidillas are a nice size to fill your appetite. Our server was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service. Our server checked on us every 10 minutes, she really took care of us. The location of the Chili’s was located in Moreno Valley, CA in a nice shopping center. Parking was okay but very limited, we can at the right time. You can order online, you can go ahead and do pick up. Many different ways to get your food. Overall great experience for me.

YEA… I don’t think we will be going back… Service was slow… But, they were busy… So ok… I can deal with that… But… My husband ordered the fajitas trio and got the following. 1 tsp shredded cheese, 1 tsp salsa 1 tsp pico De gallo and a tablespoon of salsa. When I asked for more cheese. Our server didn’t come back. My steak was well done. Not medium like I requested. Definitely more trouble than it was worth. This used to be a good restaurant. So sad it isn’t anymore.

If I can give this place no stars I will. Their service is TERRIBLETERRIBLETERRIBLE I had gone at different times of the day and night. They take for ever to come to your table. Even the fact that they had seen you. I had walked out before. Everyone should call the franchise and compliant about this location. The employees really need to understand that we as the customers our providing them with a job. And take their jobs serious

Horrible service!!! The two hostess working Friday night may 15 at 930 pm were so rude to us. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted I said hi she didn’t acknowledge us at all then turned around and very rudely snapped oh. I said five and a baby they looked around looked at each other then said its gonna be like 20 – 25 min… I said that’s ok since the restaurant was clearly not. 20 min wait she said yeah thanks. The manager needs to fix this I worked in service for many years as a hostess and waitress those women were so rude!!!

From the time we were seated, the waitress seemed delayed — which was quit baffling considering she’s been working there for a LONG time! She’s probably been there the longest. We place our order. My sister always orders boneless buffalo wings, probably since she was 14yrs old. She’s 25 now. I decided, hey it’s a chill rainy day I’ll have what she’s having. Our waitress brings our food out and offers ranch to us — we are a little taken back because we already ordered ranch with our wings and we even asked for EXTRA ranch — she didn’t write anything down(being a veteran and all) . She went off to get us ranch when we both discovered there was blue cheese with our order! So once she came back with ranch — we had to let her know that our order came with blue cheese and we needed them swapped out for ranch as well. At that time, she was totally compliant, and offered to refresh our drinks. We ordered lemonade — her exact words were«of course I can get this fixed, also I will bring back 2 waters. «allowing a decent pause I then reminded her that our orders were lemonades. You could clearly see that by looking at our cups. We proceed to eat our food, I’m thinking at this point, since the chips and dip were mediocre —(the chips were like broken up ends from the bottom of bag or however they store them, & the dip looked like chunky cheap salsa!!! There was no flavor!) the wings would satisfy my urge to complain! I rarely complain when I enter food establishments because I’m in food service myself! I am a chef, but what I’ve had to endure in the last 20 mins since we’ve been home, prompted my need to write this! BOTH Bathrooms have been occupied since we’ve been home and that hurts my feelings because it’s one thing to have POORFRONTOFTHEHOUSE service but the BACKOFTHEHOUSE? Oh hell no! I worked my butt off in culinary school and one of the first things they throw at you is a big SERVSAFEEXAM ! HANDLINGFOODISSERIOUSYOUCANPUTPEOPLEATHIGHRISKS — If you do not pass that exam in FOUNDATIONS1, You don’t move on! Really kills me we got food poisoning from poor handling of food! As someone who knows how food poisoning occurs I know that I can easily identify it in a matter of minutes of being home! Poor handling of food I will not tolerate! That’s serious business! Chilis you guys are a corporation so I know there are HACCP plans put into place ! Especially dealing with chicken, dressings, & sauces! I decided to write this in, and then call Chilis.

I ordered the first time at 6:30p n called them to cancel it cos I couldn’t make it for 7:00p pick up. Then I ordered the 2nd time at 8:00 since I know I’m going to make it. Came to pick up my order only to know that they had cancelled my 2nd order because … ??? They couldn’t give me a reason why. So I had to wait n sat another 30mnts to wait for my order to be ready. Why I gave them a star only? Bad customer service! I’m under the weather, had to go out to get food only to sit n wait at their booth cos they cancelled my order just because!

I’ve been coming to this Chili’s for 4 years now and their food is getting better. Not sure if there are different cooks or what but I have to say that it has improve a great deal. Take advantage of their lunch combos. They have implemented a new way to pay your bill right on your table without having to flag down a waitress. I have seen it before and was a bit iffy due to credit card fraud but this last time I gave it a try and to my surprise it was quick, convenient and precise.
