I keep coming back because I enjoy the food… HOWEVER, the customer service is awful. And the prices are very high. A SMALL (and I mean small) beverage is $ 2.25!!! They have a large menu, but almost everything is over $ 7. I’ve yet to be disappointed in the quality of food, but I only gave this rating two stars because they seriously lack in other aspects

I have to say, Sandra Hernandez at the gus jr in moreno valley on cactus has the most awesome team out of all of the framchises. Jessie was very kind and professional. Great customer service and clean family atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

this place is ok at best i went because got the coupon in the mail so i said why not try it out. i ordered the philly cheese steak combo. the wife got carne asada fries, the sandwich was a little soggy and they used the same meat for the fries and for the sandwich. and not normally the meat used to make a philly cheese was too thick and big slices. i will definyley try again but get something else instead also they were cleaning up at 8 but they dont close to 10 so we couldnt get chips and salsa. when i asked they said they had put it away for the night… but still had two hours open

The chicken tenders were under cooked and i left a photo. Will never eat at any gus jr again. Very dissatisfied. And when i say undercooked i mean raw. See the picture.

Today 1-​10-​2016 I bought two breakfast orders with Gus Jr coupons. One was a steak and eggs $ 6.99 after taxes it was $ 7 and some change. But she did not give me the correct change amount back. She shorted me maybe .20 cents. I would not have made a big deal but I had to pay for my second breakfast separately which came out to $ 4 and some change forcing me to break another $ 1. Long story short I am a business owner I needed the receipt to write off as a business expense. The cashier knowing I was going to check the receipt threw the receipt in the trash right in front of me. I just left and I don’t leave bad reviews for anyone but this cashier deserves a bad review

Do not go here my husband went here on his lunch break and took a coupon they left at his job when he got there they asked why he didn’t say he had a coupon
(Doesnt state to mention it) that they were gonna charge him full price. I guess it’s a different size combo doesnt state that either and they were extremely rude the sad part is that the manager sandra is what they said her name was was part of this behavior laughing sarcastically we will never go back the customer service is horrible.

I eat breakfast there every day and other than sometime getting a extra egg on my plate by mistake, the food is very good. The service is as good as any other fast food restaurant, but they do go out of there way to try to give the best service (some days they are almost out of the door to order). They have a self serve condiment bar with chips & salsas that are included with with any order. Prices have went up a little from six months ago, but who hasn’t. Tried others places, but they don’t stack up for what they have to offer.

Service was horrible and the food was cold. There’s a new owner so who knows what will happen.

I ordered chicken strips with ranch. They gave me blue cheese. I poured it on my food. I threw the food away because the blue cheese taste does not agree with me. When I contacted them and told them of their mistake, they said that there was nothing they would do. I was a regular client. Not anymore. This place always looks empty, and with service like that, now I know why.

I’ve given this place 20 too many chances to improve since it changed from Riches to Gus Jr! The quality or lack there of is only worsened by the fact that you can order the same thing one day and order it the next day and get a product made completely different. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is service is great food is BAD!

Stopped here for a bite to eat and me and husband were amazed by the great prices and the food was pretty good. We liked the cheeseburgers and the chicken tender meal was good. The servings are generous and the service was good. We thought it was nice that the cashier let us know if all the deals they had going on.

Came by today and ordered pancakes and a salad for my lady.
Her salad was bomb but they forgot to put syrup in my bag, why do I have make sure they do their job and ask for syrup. It’s a good thing we had syrup at home or else I would’ve been pissed if I had to drive to the store for it.
They need to make sure they put all condiments in customers bag.

Horrible service. Nasty food.which I threw away.
This is the first and the last time I will ever order from here.

I came here twice. The first time i came it was fantastic. Service was appropriate and well mannered, food was served quick and it was great.
The second time i came i had terrible customer service experience. The young obnoxious lady (NATALIE) completely ignored me. And when she came up the the register she said «READY» with an attitude. after i ordered i went to the restroom. But i bet the girl didnt know that the guy behind me was my boyfriend. He was waiting for our order. My boyfriend told me that the girl began saying bad things about me to the cook and she would laugh.
Then he told me that the cook asked natalie what we ordered and she only gave her the second order and said thats all. So in the end my order was not made. The cook noticed after my boyfriend and i sat together that an order was missing. I got my order 5 minutes later. I would have preferred if my order was not made fast and sloppy though.
The name of the cook is lurenzo. He did a good job and thank you lurenzo for noticing something was wrong. I was not going to complian. I would have just left.

I had the combo breakfast; the service was quick, but I was greatly disappointed in my undercooked meal. I ordered my three eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese; they forgot the cheese. My large slice of ham was almost ice cold. My sausage links weren’t cooked all the way through. My bacon wasn’t crisp, but at least it was edible. I gave the hashbrowns and biscuit w/​gravy to my Uncle. He reported the hashbrowns weren’t cooked all the way through either, but the biscuit was good. The only reason I gave them any stars was b/​c our «waitress» was more than happy to fix the issues I reported to her. Otherwise, bleh.

***DRIVE-​THRU REVIEW***
Was super hungry on the way home from class, so decided to try the drive-​thru :D
SERVICE: There were about three people ahead of me in the drive-​thru, but their orders came out very fast. I had no problem ordering my food from the drive-​thru either and it came out very fast and hot. None of my food was cold.
TASTE: Ordered the chicken tenders combo ($ 8.25) and three quarter pound burgers that were.99 cents each. The chicken tenders combo came with a medium drink, fries, and ranch! Tasted not bad at all. I really liked it. The quarter pound burgers however. were decent. Can’t expect much for .99 cent burgers though.
Would definitely take the drive-​thru again for their combos.

I have mixed feelings about this place.
My family loves this place, so iv come a couple of times with them.
Iv tried their burgers, chili cheese fries, tuna salad, and a omelet breakfast plate.
The food is alright it’s pretty average. Well the chili cheese fries were actually good and the tuna salad isn’t bad either.
The burgers are like any fast food burger, nothing to rave about.
The breakfast omelet was disgusting. The gravy they put on top of the omelet I had tasted like salty canned gravy.
The workers are always polite to me and they always get my order right. I guess from seeing other reviewes their drive thru is horrible. Soo don’t go through the drive thru
For the huge portions you get, it’s really inexpensive.
This place is definitely quantity over quality.
It’s not bad, it’s just not outstanding either.

Great coffee. Solid value for breakfast. They bring your food to you and refill your coffee. Five stars.

Gus Jr… on a rainy day? Why not!
My boyfriend ordered the Chorizo Burrito and I had the Country Omelette. His burrito was better than my omelette because it was waaaay cheesy and I found out that I don’t fancy gravy on my eggs, I’ll just stick to ketchup from now on.
There were a few things I liked and a few things I didn’t like, though overall we had an enjoyable experience.
Likes: huge portions, they make their pico de gallo with a nice kick, the manager (I think) was hospitable.
Dislikes: little on the expensive side, way too much butter on their toasts (but I guess some prefer it that way), my hash browns were not warm at all.
Maybe their lunch is better.
