I appreciate this business for doing their best to help the community.

First of all, i came here first thing in the morning, the guy asked me if my package was air cargo but i dont really know because i just wanted to find out first if i could send it through LBC or DHL. they didnt even bother asking me which service i want to send it from. assuming that i would send it to LBC, he suggested me to send my package by boat. he asked me how soon i want my package to get sent so i said «what is the cheapest?» so meaning i asked for the longest days, or even months. after all my recipient wouldnt mind if she gets it in 3 months. so he told me to fill out a form.
after i filled them out, a lady worker came in and she assisted me, she said my package was too small so they couldnt really ship it for less than 6 lbs. what? when the old guy told me, i could send it by boat. now i started to get pissed off without them showing my anger.
then she suggested to add 3 more pounds in my package just so they could send it, and she also suggested to have it pick it up by my house. so basically she’s saying, i have to pay the guy with the shipping + a $ 10 pick-​up? NO WAY! its like saying… oh i dont wanna deal with you so im gonna pass u to someone else… at least what they could’ve done, is help me out what i could afford and not keep suggesting me to pay more!
i ended up going somewhere else where i could ship my 3 lbs. package freely without a hassle.
