Just left, no one greeted us to sit and offered a table. Had to request a menu. No common sense!
Vine a para comer mariscos y me quede con las ganas. Nadie nos saludo ni ofrecieron mesa. Pregunté si podía ordenar para llevar y dijeron que si pero no me dieron menú. El señor cerca de la caja se quedó mirando me como menso y no me ofreció un menú. Nunca más vengo aquí. Mal servicio.

I wished we would have read the reviews. Everytime we drive by we see them busy and thought it would be good. The service was slow, they brought the appetizer out after our entrée. I ordered the garlic shrimp but they didn’t devein any shrimp or use fresh garlic, I make way better garlic shrimp. My husband ordered shrimp cocktail and kept getting peel, it just sucked. First and only time here, never coming back.

I swear I wish I can give this place a zero star. The first time I was there the service was so slow and there were hardly any people there. The second time I went in the waitress said she would be back and she never came then I went to the counter and told another waitress that the other one never came back and that waitress didn’t even come to our table. We didn’t even get menus! Then you have the manager sitting there chatting it up and not helping assist customers. He’s just as bad as his waitresses!!! I will never go back to this place again.
DONT COME HERE!!! SHITTY ASS SERVICE!!!

Horrible service don’t go to this establishment. Waited over 30 min and no one asked if we wanted something to drink. Also noticed that they reuse the chips and salsa from the tables. They take it back and reserve it GROSS !! I walked out and will never be coming back …

Don’t come here if your really hungry my party of four have been here for an hour and we haven’t been served yet! We walked in and there were five empty tables which were all dirty! Then when they finally started to clear a table for us it was occupied the people had just gotten up.
This is the second time that I come and the first time was just as bad! They really need to train their waitresses in customer service…
Aside from that the food is pretty good

Came here last Friday, tostada de camaron was bomb the beer was fairly priced. We also had the empanadas de camaron and those were definitely lacking some flavor and we’re also pretty skimpy as far as the filling goes. The reason it only gets 3 stars is because the service was pretty bad. Our waitress wasnt very personable and she took forever with our orders. She even took long getting us or drinks which should never happen. Over all i think i would go back again. Also they have live banda every friday after 6, that also contributed to me giving them 3 stars rather then only 2.

So my family and I have come twice… the first time the business name was las islas marias… they never brought out my husbands order and when they finally brought it out we were all done with our food. The service was horrible and his order was all messed up. Why we went a second time I will never know, but there we go, this time under las uslas nuevas. Hoping it was better and undernew management it was nothing better. It was dirty under our table and service again was so slow. We get our order and my sons food was cold and my bacon fried shrimp seemed off. I found it to be quite expensive for the quality of food they serve there. They didn’t take any type of credit or debit. cash only. They had this atm inside but it wasnt working so my husband had to run across the parking lot to the liquor store and take cash out from there, what an inconvenience. Never again.

The service is not good, our waitress looked like she has just had a long night, or day, she was covered in hickeys very unprofessional and gross to look at, trashy! At least cover your fun night with makeup girl and slow like a snail, drinks were always empty never offered refills or more chips, but the food I had was pretty good and the reason for 3 stars.
I had a large order of the langoustines hands down so bomb!!! I would only order this and nothing else! Everything else ordered by my table was gross, the langoustines we the only delicious next time I’ll order it to go, but don’t care to eat anything else from here.

If you are not a guy or if you plan on coming you your significant other this is not the place for you! I came here with 2 of my girl cousins & my 2 daughters a 1 year old & 7 year old. The waitress’ have an extremely bad attitude & do not attend you almost at all. From when we sat down to the moment we paid was horrible. We asked for our drinks when the waitress finally decided to ask what we wanted & got our drinks almost 20 minutes later. That was the last time we got asked if we wanted a refill or anything else. The food is not good at all. Each item we ordered was just missing something :/

I’m not super partial to sea food, but wow. The empanadas were incredible. The camarones a la diabla were impeccable. Definitely a great place for the family.

Finally remodeled and reopened! Some of the best seafood in MoVal, and as an added bonus, most of the waitresses are hot. Not taking plastic payment as of this writing, but hopefully they’ll fix that soon.
