I was impressed with the location and the quality of the service. Very clean and comfortable. I’ve been to other Sizzler’s locations but never had the positive impression I had with this location. This was our first time going to this Sizzler’s…usually we eat at the one close to home. I gave it a 5 star for how pleasant & helpful all the staff were! We eat out often and this was by far one of the most comfortable & memorable experiences. The food is as good as the other Sizzler we go to but the service alone speaks for itself. Also the atmosphere while new was inviting.

Newly renovated. Nicely done, friendly staff… The salad and soup bar is based on «honor code,» so that’s pretty risky nice big tvs. Food is same price as any mcsteakhouse as well as the portions(not that big)

The food was excellent very clean restaurant however the waitress we had was extremely terrible her service is very weak she never came to the table to check on us until we call her or raise a hand… I never played the race card but is the first time everyone that was not Black she went out the way to get them good service … she was Black also we did leave her a tip. beware of Jackie if you are Black …

Nope. Never again. Used to be our place before the remodel. Oh yeah we couldn’t wait for the reopening, we drive by sizzler everyday on the way home. I love the Malibu chicken. We were regulars. First visit post remodel was about 4 weeks after the opening. We waited for traffic to die down, 7:30pm on a Tuesday. It was very busy either way, but we dealt. My food comes and my steak. Oh lord the steak was cold. I’m not exaggerating. I could hold it in my hand the second it got to the table. I was poking it. A steak should never be like that ever. The cheese on the chicken was clearly melted a long time earlier. So I called a manager over because he was close by. I explain the issue, demonstrate the cold steak, and he stares blankly and said«so do you want me to take it back?» What??? Yeah what in the heck else would I be asking? He was like offended that I didn’t like the cold steak. Okay so that was just terrible. Other little stuff happened but I attributed it to annoyance more than anything. We came back today because the food can’t keep us away! It’s so yummy. Service was terrible. I would curse but I don’t want my review flagged. It was so bad. Waitress was indifferent, none of the service people wanted to get us ketchup for some really odd reason. It was again a bunch of little stuff from ordering to finish, but I sadly left my uneaten Malibu chicken behind because the wait for a box was 20+ minutes at that point. Will not frequent this establishment again, it makes me sad. Pretty paint and up lighting can’t hide your awful staff.

So I haven’t been to this location since I was a child, and I’m not sure how it looked before but I can tell you now that it looks nice inside and out. I went with a party of 17 ppl and service was 2 out of 5 wasn’t great I didn’t receive a refill until we were about to leave. So let’s talk salad bar for $ 12 something plus drink your wasting your money just go to hometown. Unless your fav food is tacos then this place isn’t for you that’s pretty much all they had. Overall experience with family was cool but would waste money at sizzles again. They should have remodeled the food.

First off the re-model is so refreshing and they even appeared to pick up their food game as well. The salad bar was fresh with many options and they even added a person who will mix your salad and dressing for you after you get all your ingredients. My favorite was the banana pudding complete with wafers. Big plus was the follow up service, I ordered something that will go unmentioned because it was a taste thing and the first time I ordered it(many may actually love it) so I am not going to ding them for personal preference. When the attendant came I quietly asked her to remove it with only one bite taken. I ordered it, it was was I ordered just not to my liking so I don’t feel the Restaurant should have to pay for my mistake in ordering, I was simply going to leave no harm no foul. Before I left the Manager came to my table and asked about the problem, even though I explained it was not their fault only a matter of personal taste he wanted to see me leave happy(I was happy as hell from that fill up at the salad bar) and offered to take it off my bill, even after I said not to taking it off my bill he offered me to select something else from the menu but I was full so I let him know it was OK. My point is service! when you get good service do not abuse it, respect and appreciate it. Some people will go looking for any reason expecting for their meal to be compensated when there was not one damned thing wrong. The manager was attentive to his customer and that goes a longer way with me than a free meal!

Fresh food, smiling faces, and a vibrant location is the perfect place for me. Sizzler has all these things going for it. This new location(re grand opening) is going in the same direction as the city of Moreno Valley, Positive ! We will be returning as frequent customers.

Love the new remodel they did a great job! Service was great also it seems things are a bit more organized now. I have to add the food was great but seems a lot more expensive! I didn’t get any salad bar and you do get a lot for your food but just seems your really paying for it now. I could have ordered the same thing somewhere else with a salad and paid much less. So I was a little disappointed in that. But I will come back again just not often. I’d rather over pay for food elsewhere better.

Wow. Worst service ever. Nick the server was so rude. Had attitude from the beginning. It was just the two of us. I ordered a baked potato as my dinner… as i wasn’t really hungry. The other person in my party ordered a steak dinner and salad bar. Normally to add a salad bar to a dinner it is 6.99 more. Nick said since we didn’t order two full meals my friend had to pay an additional $ 7 for her salad. So for her alone she had to pay $ 30. That is ridiculous. She could have gone to a nice restaurant to pay that price. We asked to speak to a manager but one never came by. The service was also very very slow. It took forever to get our food. Will not be back. Wow nice remodel building, now the business side sucks

Nice job Sizzler with the renovations, the décor, the customer service and the exceptional quality of your food. Stopped by for lunch and it has been quite a while since I last set foot in this particular restaurant. Visited the one in Hemet and was very impressed by that restaurant. Presumed that because it was newly built it got the most up to date and modern equipment. Then this store closed for renovations and I hoped it would come out like the one in Hemet. Not disappointed. Again, good job Sizzler.

My fiancé and I have been here about 4x since it’s opened. I’m sure that can imply many different things, but honestly… the food is good. He actually said and I quote, «I think Sizzler’s is the best steakhouse in Moreno Valley». Granted, MoVal only has one other steakhouse but still… their steak today was good. Since it’s remodel, things have just gotten better and better. We used to like the cheese toast, but now those sweet rolls are to be eaten every time we come in(sorry, cheese toast). I, especially love the *included* avocado with the toss station. And yes, there is a toss station with lots of different types of dressings(try the Thai Chili dressing, you’ll thank me). I don’t know if it’s because the place doesn’t look so drab-ish anymore, but their hot foods are better too. Speaking of how the place looks, it’s nice and fun and so modern inside! Definitely loving the new look. We hope this place brings business to Moreno Valley and that it stays open till the end of time because we will definitely be back. :)

I’m so glad sizzler’s finally re opened. My family and I had been waiting for them anxiously to open. I must say it was a very nice outcome. Food was great as always. Although pretty bummed out that thy removed the macaroni and cheese and replaced it with spaghetti. Another thing to is that we were such a huge fan of the menudo they serve but don’t serve it here. I’m giving them a 2 mainly because of SERVICE!!! THEYHAVEBADSERVICEHERE. It’s so awkward because you see so many waitresses walking around but they don’t tend to you. I had a waitress that was finally going to ask me if I would like a refill but the waitress on the side of her said to her that to don’t worry about it, that it was not her table. WTF! Like seriously, is that how your going to tend to the people giving you jobs. I paid $ 80 for that night and not one refill. Obviously I did not leave a tip. It may seem far but I’ll just stick to going to the location in West Covina since I have other family members that live by that one. It’s right across from the mall. They also have great service and not to mention serve menudo there. Thanks for the remodel at this location but it won’t mean much unless you guys fix your customer service. I noticed the review before seemed to have the same problem like I did.

This place really did well with the upgrades. There is a great feel to the décor. The service was great. The staff was happy and polite everywhere I turned. The salad bar was fantastic. Great selection and well maintained. My girlfriend and I ordered the steak and lobster. That is a real test for a restaurant. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as requested. The lobster is tricky to get right and the cooks nailed it. It melted in my mouth like I was eating at a fine dining location. Lets not even get me started in the cheese bread, it was delicious! This place should be busy for years to come because they really are doing a great job! I made sure to tell management in detail how happy I was. You should eat here and review it for yourself!

So this place is 10x better since the remodel! The design and buffet area is beautiful. Extra large televisions everywhere. The food was fresh, serving areas clean and service was prompt. Our server Jackie was excellent and handled the Easter crowd like a pro! She never missed a beat or a refill. Will be back!

Ate here tonight for the first time. I had the sirloin and shrimp. The shrimp was ok. The sirloin was good. Customer service all around was pleasant. The sizzler steak sauce was watery I think they water it down to stretch their sauce. I don’t think I’d come back.
