Joe bent over backwards to ensure I had my clothes by the time I needed them, to include coming in early. Not only is he reasonably priced but his customer service is unmatched. I keep coming back because I’m all about taking care of those that take care of me!

I had to get some pants hemmed because they were too long. After driving around town for a little while I saw this little cleaner place next to the Cardenas. So I decided to give them a shot. I went in and met with the owners. A very nice couple who gave me their prices(8.00) for the hem. The husband even took the time to get down on his knee and measure my slacks for me as I stood up and measured myself in the mirror. When I came back to get my pants I tried them on and they did a fantastic job! I couldn’t tell there was even any alteration done. After talking to them for a bit they explained to me that they were the new owners and they took over at the end of last year. Apparently the previous owners had a bad reparation. However, the new owners are doing a great job! for any one reading this review the new owners took over at the beginning of 2015! Any other review is not accurate because there are new owners now who are doing a great job! Give them some business! TL;DR: Great work and customer service. New management now. Doing a great job. Give them a shot!

So I took a brand new pair of 501’s in to get the legs taken. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and he told me come back tomorrow and that they would be done. I walk in, he ignores me and I stand there for a good 2 minutes without so much as a word from him. I asked for my jeans, they weren’t done yet he had to cut them still. He basically charged me $ 12 to alter some pants that could have been done by Stevie Wonder with claws as hands and mesas them up. Seam looks horrible and I’m probably going to have to get them fixed by someone else. Never go here.

NEVER take your clothes to this cleaners! I had to be escorted by 2POLICE officers to pick up 2 pieces of clothing! Well, long story short, I happened to be in that area and needed dry cleaning service as well as shoe repair. There was a shoe repair right next door to this cleaners so I decided to give the cleaners a try… BIGMISTAKE. I dropped off 2 items to a lady who was pleasant enough. It was Friday and she circled Tuesday on the slip but told me it would probably be ready on Monday. So, I was in the area on Monday afternoon and stopped by. A man was there and after not being able to find the ticket told me that they wouldn’t be ready until Thursday. All the time he’s looking for the 2 item in a big metal rolling basket. He told me to dig into the dirty clothes to look for my items. I insisted that they were not in there as I was watching as he moved clothes around. He kept telling me to look through the basket and I told him that I was not going to handle people dirty clothes! I had to refuse to look through the clothes several times. He then walks to the back and pulls the items out of a DRYER!!! The items were all wrinkled like they’d been washed in a WASHINGMACHINE!!! The tags on these items say«DRYCLEANONLY!» I prayed that he didn’t shrink my husbands outfit. I tried to remain calm and told him that I needed the clothes by Tuesday night as stated on the original slip. I had to argue him down and he finally conceded to Tuesday by 12. Ok, so I go back at 1:30 on Tuesday, he pulls out clothes that were finished, he puts plastic over them and hangs them up. He then demands his $ 6. I told him that I wanted to check to see if the spots were gone, which they were not. He said they wouldn’t come out. I then noticed that the cuff was not ironed correctly. He puts the cuff on his board and irons it. The whole time his yelling in some language. Tjhen he apparantly blew his fuse and takes the clothes to the back and refuses to give me my items. I tried to give him the $ 6 and he continued to refuse to give me my items. I told him I’d be back with my husband and the police. He said go ahead, so… I called non-emergency police and explained the situation. They met me there and the man gave me my items. They told him that he needed to calm his attitude down because they get too many calls to his store. The police told him that he should just give people their items if they pay for them. He tried to give them this sob story about how I complained. Hey, I just wanted my clothes cleaned and spotted. When we were walking out the police officer said, «This should be the last time you do business here, they get alot of complaints.» That was the 1st and LAST time I will be going to that cleaners!

I took my karate uniform to be tailored, this was the worst place i could of taken it. First they charged me $ 15 for my shirt and another $ 15 for my pants. I thought it was kind of pricey but they looked like they came out of a sweat shop and they knew what they where doing. It took about 1 week and i went to pick up my karate uniform and i was shocked. They mutalized my uniform the hem was like crap and they used diffrent color threads. I told the man that i was not happy and he was rude and nasty. I was not paying the $ 30 so i left my $ 150 karate uniform. I had to buy a new one because i couldnt take that embarrassing uniform they messed up. So if you want your clothes mutalized take it here, worst place ever.

A seam on my suit-pants got caught on a doorknob and ripped. My wife didn’t feel like sewing it up so I took it here. The store is very dirty and unorganized, clothes lying everywhere, old filthy equipment. Not the type of place I felt comfortable leaving my suit pants, but the charge was only $ 8 for the repair and the other Unilocal review gave me confidence. The two people who run the store do not speak English very well, and frequently yell at each other in some Asian language, but their English is good enough for any dry-cleaning oriented talk. When I got my pants back they seemed good at first glance. I think I need glasses, examining them further I found that the sewing job is very poor, sloppy, and there is still a small hole in one spot where it was not properly sewn. For $ 8 I could have bought a sewing kit and Wal-Mart and gone on YouTube to learn how to do a better job myself. Also, they just handed me my pants in a frumpy pile. No hanger, no plastic, just here you go! And when I walked in I could see them laying like that on top of a pile of clothes just sitting on an old chair — so long for the nice crease I had been keeping in them. Don’t go here. There are so many dry cleaners out there, why settle for this garbage can? The only reason this place gets more than one star is because its inexpensive and they didn’t damage my clothing.

So it turns out that no-one had reviewed any dry cleaners in Moreno Valley… Oh Unilocal!how you failed me. I had to do it the old way… pick a random vendor. This is the one I picked. They do a good job, and they do it cheaply… I was surprised. Two 2-piece suits, one 3-piece suit, 3 dress shirts for $ 35. The quality of the cleaning is good, no nasty smells or anything. Been back a couple of times since, once with a king size down comforter($ 30) and once for a pair of pants($ 2.75). This is now my go-to place for dry cleaning. The one hour things is a misnomer… each time it’s been 3 or 4 days for my orders. Maybe you can request 1 hour, but I’ve not needed to ask.
