Horrible service! I dropped off scrubs to be altered, I went to pick them up and they lost them! They told me to come back later so they can look for them and finally they found them in a random spot. They altered them right then and there and they did a horrible half ass job. The seems were all crooked! I asked the guy if i could get a discount for the inconvenience and he straight said «no discount». It was my first time and I can honestly say the LAST TIME! First impression is everything, I dont know what kind of business these people are running but all I have to say is that they have horrible, the worst customer service!!!

Not the best dry cleaning, but they’re a lot better than Lakeside Cleaners off of Moreno Beach. Don’t go there. This place is good.

The WORST dry cleaning customer service EVER… I brought my clothes to them last year and gave me a date for pick-​up, NOT READY. That’s fine, maybe they’re busy. Then I came back this year, dropped off my wool jacket. I never did need my ticket before. I even told him not to be in a hurry I can pick it up in 2 weeks just in case they become busy again. Came by and he said I DID NOT drop my jacket off. I asked how did he spell my name and he can’t give me an answer except for that smug smile in his face that he kept on giving me. I gave my phone number … nothing! (BECAUSE HE NEVER PUT IT IN). Did NOT even offer to try & locate my jacket. Eventually I found my ticket. The !@#, he spelled my name wrong, didn’t put MY phone number in so naturally he couldn’t find my account. ACCUSED me of LYING. Raised his voice at me then laughed at my face like I was some STUPID individual who does not have anything to do with my life but to drive to the cleaners and give my name and say my clothes are here. EMBARRASSED me in front of another customer making me look like a fool. When I showed him my ticket, he even responded that it was MY fault because I left. Why shouldn’t I? He said he didn’t have my jacket. I’m not a crazy lunatic who will stay and argue with someone who clearly does not know how to deal with their own mistake. I was never treated this way my entire life. I don’t even know why you are still in business.

The owner is always very friendly. My clothes are always done on time and are clean. I had alterations done here and it was done within a usual dry clean time period, I’ve had alterations done at other places and it took up to a week so the quick turn around was a big surprise. My husband made the mistake of dropping his clothes off at the wrong cleaners and it was horrible, now he knows to stick with these guys.

I like bringing my dry cleaning here. The owners are VERY friendly and the staff does a great job. I have NEVER had an issue with my clothing. Some say that they are a bit pricey, but for the quality of work and the stellar service, I’m a fan.

Yay. It is so hard to find a great dry cleaner place. But this is the place. How do I know? Because when I say a certain place needs to be cleaned in detail, I get my clothing back clean. Not like other places where you can still see residue.
They are clean, professional, and courteous. If you request next day service, they can provide that as well.

I came here because it is next to my home. They told me to come pick up my clothes on a wednesday and when I go they didn’t even touch my clothes. All he can do is give me excuses not to mention when I went to pick up my things they charged me for alterations that they didn’t even do. If you provide a service and tell the customer you will do something… you need to deliver on your word.

Been coming here for about two years. They always do a great job and have really pulled through for me when I needed stuff done on short notice.

These guys are super nice and do a great job of cleaning and pressing my delicate clothing, and my husband’s shirts, ties, and suit. They are even great at cleaning new and vintage purses.

FINALLY! I’ve finally found a cleaners that i love! They also provide a great turn over-​you can get your clothes back in two days. They also do alterations. Everyone here is so nice and they won’t ruin your clothes. The owner even helps me to my car when i have alot to pick up. Best cleaners around-​highly recommend!
