I finally got a Unilocal account. So now I can write a review. ha!When I lived in MoVal I had to ship a guitar to Oklahoma City, UPS store wanted close to $ 200.I went here and they found a shipper (UPS)ha! for half the price with insurance. The woman employee was really helpful given me an estimate the night before shipping. When I brought in the boxed guitar she even reinforced it with more tape, fragile stickers, etc. The guitar arrived perfectly in Oklahoma City before the estimated time of arrival. I will for sure be using Postal Annex again. :-)

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SHIPPING!
I went here because I was in a rush and the post office was closed. Not only did they charge me MORE than the Post Office’s rate for USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping, there was an ADDITIONAL charge for tracking, which is supposed to be INCLUDED with USPS Flat Rate! I wish I’d had the luxury of time, because I would have just walked out when the woman told me the inflated prices. I actually just made an identical shipment yesterday from the post office (Flat Rate Priority envelope, tracking included) for nearly half the price of what these scam artists charged me.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I sent an international package at this time of day (being in the holidays and all) and the guy was nice enough to add a bag (free of charge) with my candies inside, bec. i informed them that the recipient’s postal office have rats on them and i wanted to be secured. he even gave me a discount for my package. They accepted my package with smiles unlike the previous place i went to, they were giving me an attitude. will come back here again.
