Robert came right out on a Sunday and fixed my bathtub valve stem so we could turn the water back on. This was after Rescue Rooter came out and wanted $ 975.00 for a job that took 15 minutes and a part that cost $ 10.00. Robert charged me less than $ 100.00, which included him going and buying the required part. I thought I would do well with a corporate Plummer like Rescue Rooter (ARS), and how wrong I was! Robert was kind, considerate, profesional, and I am not worried that his repair will only last the 90 days Rescue Rooter tried to justify their ridiculous prices with! Too bad there are only 5 stars available here for Robert. Not only would I use him again, I am adding him to our Christmas list!
