I could not believe how long I had to wait in line I have never waited inline for so long, when I first walked in I entered by the appliances and seen two workers just standing by the refrigerators just laughing talking, I went upstairs by the clothing department and everything was a mess clothes everywhere I almost fell from slipping on a hanger on the floor but quickly gained my balance I proceeded to check out I got in line where I seen 3 cashiers just messing around I witness one just talking to the other laughing and messing around I’m not sure if she was off the clock or not but then 4th cashier comes by still the line doesn’t move she gets on the phone and doesn’t glance at the long line by then several customers asked what was going on no cashier responded when I finally came up falisha was my cashier she began filling out paper work while I was just their waiting I was so confused so when I asked her if she was ready she said yeah but still didn’t ring me up, when she finally did it took her forever I had to spell my street address for 3 times when I finally left I witnessed the same two employees by the refrigerators still hanging out I really do like sears but this department definitely needs an entire new staff and management the store looks horrible I couldn’t find anything

Way to go management! I’ve been in line 30 minutes. I’m half way to your line. 5 cashiers upstairs a week before Xmas is unacceptable.

I would give a zero if I could we bought two very expensive appliances a washer and a dryer the delivery drivers came to my home and after starting to disconnect my dryer they decided they could not do the installation because they were not comfortable using the adapter that comes on the hoses. He proceeded to tell me that he was not a licensed plumber and could not do it to my confusion after all sears send him to install appliances if he didn’t feel he was qualified he should not of taking his job. I asked him what my options were he basically said nothing but Sears could do I call the customer service line while he was in my garage was in my home talking to the customer service lady as I walk out after speaking with her all of my appliances are gone and the delivery drivers are nowhere to be found. I was still on the phone with customer service and ask her where they went she stated she would check to find out put me on hold and hung up on me. After about 10 phone calls to Sears very frustrating getting somebody out of the country every time they had responses that did not even make sense to the situation that was happening. I called the store to try to get help and basically was told there was nothing the manager could do I need to get a hold of the delivery people nobody at Sears would give me the delivery people’s phone numbers nobody at the hundred number would give me the phone numbers nothing I could do. By the way did I mention they left my gas hose half installed and was leaking gas into my home. Still sitting here the next day with no washer no dryer had to repair the gas leak and no phone calls from anybody even though I was told someone would be her last night to fix the gas leak. I will never ever buy from Sears again!

I had the worst experience buying a refrigerator from this store. Paula my sales person was amazing but the customer service, delivery and store manager was pathetic. I bought a $ 1600.00 fridge, they delivered it and didn’t set it up, didn’t even un wrap it! Well after about a week we noticed it wasn’t making ice. Called the technician, they came out(from Sears) and he said something was wrong with the amount of coolant in the fridge and the best thing to do was get another one. So, a week later(empty the fridge) and they deliver another one. This time they at least unwrapped it and a good week goes by and its not making ice. Call the repair tech, he comes out and says its because the freezer isn’t full. I fill the freezer up, give it 3 days and still no ice. I go to the store and speak with Paula and exchange the fridge for another model that is supposed to be more efficient at making ice. They delivery people call say they will deliver the fridge in two days,(I empty the fridge again) and no one shows! Call customer service and they say they don’t know why no one came but it will be another 4 days until they can get back out. 4 days goes by we(empty the fridge again) and when the delivery people arrive… its the WRONG fridge!!! They sent me the same model I already have! I then go back up to the store, speak with the store manager who spends an hour on the phone with customer service(while I am waiting after a full days work) to come over and tell me… they will contact you in 24 to 48 hours and hopefully get another fridge out to you. ??? Are you freaking kidding me? He does not apologize for my inconvenience, he does not offer to do ANTYTHING for this complete mess after I just spent $ 1600.00 in his store and still don’t have a working fridge! He rubs his head and whispers that if I need something I can call him again! Absolutely unbelievable and I will buy NO more appliances from Sears… period!!! Now I guess I will sit here holding my breath and hope to hear from customer service in a few days. Sincerely…Disgusted with the mouse of a manager and circus of customer service and delivery. The best thing this store has going for them is Paula!
